Front office staff is absolutely amazing! My daughters and I always feel welcomed coming in for our appointments. Definitely would recommend

After 3 weeks of throat pain and going to 2 different doctors I finally came here and not only does the doctor care for your well being to where I was comfortable but right away he knew what was wrong with me and 3 days later felt great again. Friendly and sincere so highly recommend it here

I went to my initial consultation where Dr Burton agreed that surgery was needed. Before leaving I was told that a person would call me in 3-4 weeks to set up a date for the surgery. It’s been 5 months and no one has contacted me from this place. I even tried calling the number that was left by the owner on here and still didn’t get an answer (?)

Idk where to start about florida ent at plant city location, me an my daughter goes here an we see Dr Burton hes best of the best back in February 2023 i had an emergency episode my life was in their hands, i passed out unconscious and ended up goin to south Florida hospital after 911 was called dr burton never left my side nor his staff, promptness with urgency was given an my life was saved️dr burton was not only my dr but acted in manner as if i was his family he even came to see me in hospital to check on me an assure i was ok an reassured me he would do it all over again such a gentle humble caring physician ‍️ the whole team was awesome an thats why im here today to tell my story.god bless the whole office i give them 10 Stars

Hard to find a DR that takes the time to listen and hear you no pun intended. Staff was amazing at check-in and check out can't say enough good things about him. And this was my first visit

This office is very efficient and friendly. Dr. Pritchard took the time to clear my ears with no pain and I didn't feel rushed. I will drive from Brandon to Plant City to this office for this level of service. Thank you!

Dr Pritchard and his team are so responsive. They walk you through every step of the process (so appreciated as the discovery phase can be a scary time).

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

After scheduling appointment, arriving early, filling out all of the forms and verifying insurance. They demanded payment up front 220$ to see the doctor regardless of the outcome. The veterinarian doesn't even require payment up front. I refused payment and was asked If I wanted to cancel. I asked what other choice was there?

To the owner and your response: I waited three weeks, had to take a day off of work, and drive to Plant City for nothing. All of this could have been avoided if your employee had just checked my HRA account. But since she is poorly trained and completely indifferent that didn't happen. Fool me once shame on you. Im not interested in wasting any more time with your clown show.

Excellent caring, friendly, yet professional staff! Doctor Castellano answered all my questions and set me at ease very quickly. Prompt return calls pertaining to anything I have questions about. Quick appointments when needed. They truly care about their patients and want to make sure that everyone understands what they need to do about their diagnoses. I have to get allergy shots every week and they work me in whenever they can if I can't make it to my appointment to make sure I don't miss it. After a certain amount of time most people can have someone do their shots at home depending on their medical history. The staff is truly WONDERFUL and a pleasure to deal with! I whole heartedly would recommend this practice to anyone who needs to see an ENT. I ️ this place and the people!

The staff is really friendly and kind, I can’t say that for the front desk rep. Carmen office manager goes above and beyond and truly cares. The nurses are amazing and so is Dr. Jon Burton he’s truly a blessing in my life and has helped me with all of my nose issues. I will be having surgery with him soon.

Office is very clean staff members and nurse very well mannered kind friendly would highly recommend it to anybody who's having allergy problems easy to get a hold of somebody doctor is very well understanding and explains very well

I really like Dr. Burton and his staff there’s never any issues he’s direct and to the point, Dr Burton explains everything and doesn’t waste my time and I like that!

These people are true heros and I wish there was a hosptial these people ran this office would be ultimate utopia if a hosptial if one could be with care and love felt in this office I drove almost 40 mins let me tell you well worth it

Dr Fisher did an excellent job with helping me get a stuck earplug from my ear. She was very skilled, confident & knowledgeable. I can tell she runs towards challenges and works well at her job. I'd come to her despite my distant drive. Thanks again!
