Florida E.N.T. & Allergy

I moved to Florida from Chicago over two tears ago, and in the last two years have been very pleased and impressed by Dr Leto and his carefully chosen staff. The courtesy, good humor, competence, understanding, and quick response to immediate needs are the best I have seen.

Dr. Leto, his assistant, the front desk and check out were all kind, down to earth and professional. Worthy of more then 5 stars. Highly reccomended.

Over the course of four appointments, Christina, who helped me each time and was unfailingly friendly, kind and helpful, and Courtney, who did a wonderful job of sending me the records I needed on short notice, were definitely the highlights of my visits!

At first there was some confusion as to the purpose of my visit. Though I thought I was there for repair of my torn earlobe & was prepped with bib & bagged instruments in place, the visit was really for him to assess and then schedule the surgery. Having worked on the administrative side of the medical field (and even in an ENT office) for many years, I actually saw some humor and was not at all upset - especially since I was treated very professionally yet personable at the same time. I trust Dr. Requena and his staff and highly recommend them.

Horrible service. Was seen an hour after my scheduled appointment only for the doctor to take one look in my ear tell me to go to cvs and left the room within less than 5 minutes.

When I called to request a refund or discount I was told they were supposed to hearing test me (they didn’t) and they still refused to refund me the cost of the virtually non-existent visit.

They also have predatory ads on their office walls giving false and fearful information about hearing loss.

Overall this place is a scam.

They treat you really nice there the employees are great the doctors are very good exactly to the point and I'm very happy with my experience

Once again, Doctor Letto proved himself again as an excellent Medical provider. Always cordial, respectful and patient, yet diligent, professional and comprehensive in his Therapeutic approach. I Thank the entire staff for making me feel so much better. 5 stars aren't enough!

Scheduled us for 3: 40pm gave them all our info just to find out they didn’t verify the info and wouldn’t have been able to see us anyway waste of time

For anything with allergies and hearing loss, this is the place to go. In my case, I have a cochlear implant AND a hearing aid. I get complete service here with followups. Dr. Napolitano in particular very helpful with my aids.

Dr. Requena is absolutely amazing! Truly appreciate his expertise and grateful for him and the journey to getting my son back on track! Professional, well mannered, pleasant personality! Nothing short of 5 stars! Thank you kindly Doc!

The workers at this office are very thorough, courteous and helpful. They take time to make sure that the patients have a clear understanding of any concerns. Whenever I have difficulty in fitting in an appointment, they do everything in their power to help me in figuring it out. I give their service five stars.

Most of the positive reviews here are from paid shills, not authentic. The honest reviews are from patients who experienced the typical incompetence, rudeness, and greed of Florida physicians and their staff. The office uses auto-responder replies. Corrupt!

My visit to the Largo ENT was blessed because of Courtney and Leah. They both made the experience of a doctor visit both very comfortable and welcoming. I'd recommend at least a bonus, or raise.or at least praise. Thank you. Great staff.

Dr. Leto is the best! His staff is first class also. I highly recommend Dr. Leto for any of your ENT needs. You won’t be disappointed. I have already recommended to family and friends.
