I wanted to leave a note for future shoppers based on my experience 7/2/2021 so they can be prepared. I rated this 3 stars because most of the experience leading up to actually purchasing a vehicle was decently good. However.

The manager and I came to an agreement to purchase a car, much to the salesman's apparent surprise. It was certainly a fair agreement after a bit of negotiating, and he was quick and eager to agree to most of my counter offers. I'd completed credit approvals and was signing paperwork when he suddenly announced he was going to change the price. It was "just 700 cash" in difference. For reference, this was nearly half of what we just negotiated and agreed to. We were the only people in the building, yet he seemed surprised he agreed to the price he approved only minutes before.

While this seems insignificant in comparison, I think it's worth noting for future buyers to be cautious: the agreed on price may not be his actual number, even once they pull your credit and have you start paperwork. Even if you have the managers approval, he may (and in my case did) change his mind, so dont get caught up and spend more than you intend to. The bait and switch pricing game is a very bad experience, so I hope this helps prepare you should he eagerly say yes, get you hooked, then switch the price "just a little. "

Rescending his word was bad enough, but what made it more insulting was that they offered to ship the car across the state for free if I changed my mind after I drove 3+ hours home. While kind in appearance, this would have reduced the profit of the insisted additional cash significantly, which made no sense. It's also worth noting that they will charge you about 2k in fees, some of which are noted as "detailing" even if the car is not actually dealership quality clean. Negotiate hard on a trade in with this in mind.

I was so close to making this a 5 star review and purchasing a car. But you need to be careful of the bait and switch agreements. Yes here doesnt mean yes, and if you dont have a neutral 3rd party to help you avoid the emotional purchase, you might just fall for the sudden switchups.

Overall, I would likely consider coming back for the right car, but I'd be really careful when it came time to sign anything.

These people will waste your time. I called ahead of time and asked if they had the car available. "Yes, come on in" they said. So i take time off work to encounter this sleazy salesperson who didn't have any problems getting in your personal space despite desperately needing halitosis treatment telling me that the car is a) in west palm beach, a good hour away from miami gardens, b) probably already sold. Why then, did they make me take time off work for any of that? He went on to let me know I the car can be delivered if I purchased it. He wanted me to buy the car without a test drive. After I told him multiple times that isn't going to happen, he asked me to put down a non refundable deposit if I "really want the car". I walked off thoroughly unamused. Stay away from these jokers.

I purchased a car from here two weeks ago. I had some concerns and have expressed those concerns with management and I was to receive a return call but l have been ignored. I was told a few things that was false about the car; a car that I thought was picture perfect Turns out that the car had issues. I spoke to 3 managers that stated they will “handle” my concerns and call me back with a resolution. I see no resolution in sight. Heads up there, is a 899.00 fee when you purchase a car here. Next time I’ll go to a dealership not a car lot. Update: I was contacted later about my issues after I filed a complaint with the BBC but all of the issues were not resolved. You have to read the reviews of those individuals who actually purchased a vehicle from this location.

I WAS HAPPY LAST YEAR WHEN I PURCHASED MY C250 FROM TERRELL STEPHENSON. NOW THAT IM IN THE MARKET TO PURCHASE A BIGGER VEHICLE I REACHED OUT AND CALLED HIM MY SAME SALES REP AND HE SAID SURE. TO MAKE AND LONG STORY SHORT HE HAS BEEN IGNORING MY CALLS AND NOT RETURNING CALLS. WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING ELSE WHERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE HE THEN SENDS A PHOTO TEXT MESSAGE SAYING THE F&I MANAGER WOULD BE CALLING ME SHORTLY. NO ONE NEVER CALLED AND NEITHER DID TERRELL FOLLOW UP. BEING THAT I WORK FOR A DEALER MYSELF I KNOW THAT EVERY DEAL ISNT GONNA BE EASY BUT HAVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPS ALONG THE WAY EVEN IF YOU DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THERE. I COULDVE STILL REFERRED SOMEONE ELSE TO HIM. I REALLY DIDNT APPRECIATE THE SCREENING OF MY CALLS. IF HE DIDNT WANT TO DEAL WITH ME HE COULDVE JUST PAST MY DEAL ALONG TO SOMEONE ELSE OR JUST TOLD ME HE COULDNT HELP ME. HOPE SOMEONE ELSE DOESNT HAVE THIS ISSUE

The dealership has a great atmosphere and the fact that the cars have a fixed price make shopping easier. My service agent Christopher Ruiz was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure as I asked many questions regarding the features of the car. The selection and personnel make this a great shopping experience.

I didn’t expect that from this dealership that! I made an appointment for test drive in Miami location, the lady Lashondra with whom I spoke 11am for 9 minuets on the phone promised and double checked that the car is in this store, she even texted me as reminder with car year and model! So I came 7pm in a store after driving 40miles in a traffic time and SURPRISE, sale person says they don’t have this vehicle, but if you want we can show you something else! Why you fool people? Have some respect!
