4Took a few clients out for a quick trip. Absolutely had a blast. Caught a lot of fish and had the opportunity to snag some pretty large fish. Clients enjoyed every bit of the experience. 10/10 recommend.
Went out with Captain Jeff and First mate Brian last Friday and had a great time. Crew was knowledgeable and friendly and took great care of us. Captain Jim was a pleasure to talk to and even had his crew try to take us offshore even though we scheduled nearshore. I highly recommend Florida Fishing Charters in palmetto Florida.
Disappointed, to say the least. I booked a trip for 7 so we chartered 2 boats. Half of us in each boat. Booked off shore but instead of the captain canceling or rescheduling they decided to take us inshore. Not what we wanted to do! I asked the captain at the boat what fish we would catch, he didn't know and asked the deck hand, the captain literally drove idle speed everywhere he went, sat in his chair didn't do anything besides drive the boat, the deck hand was nice guy and did ok job. We basically spent 6 hours driving and fishing 3 different locations all real close to the dock. All we caught was small trout, never tried to move find bigger fish or anything definitely not worth the $700.00 shrimp was the only bait on board. The other half that went on the other boat had shrimp, sardines and other bait fish. They caught snook, red fish, trout, stingray they had a blast that captain baited all the hooks took all the fish off and was generally a pleasure to be around. On our boat we baited and took all our fish off. We were so disappointed we decided to book a trip with the other boat later in the week, and had a blast, 10/10 do not recommend Florida fishing charters
This was our second year with Captain Jim Teeter (Jeff was our Captain this year) and his first mate Brian (on the Motley Crew). They are AMAZING! If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! We catch a variety of fish, and it's always a fun day with them! We come in from LaPorte, Indiana, and this is the only Charter we will book with!
