2 I had my windows measured before the hurricane Ian. I have called more than a couple of times to see about getting my windows fixed over the course of a year. I constantly get the run around. No one has answers. No one calls back. I just want my 2 windows fixed. I have asked to have someone new to come re measure and start the process over.
You ask why use this company? They were the ones that installed all my windows in 2020. In 2022,2 of the parts snapped and 2 windows won't open. Obviously, this is bad business and bad windows.
Find someone else. They don't have time to stand behind their product.
