Florida Gun Center Indoor Shooting Range

Overall: Decent range

If you have a non NFA item they will give you a hard time or not allow you even if you have the paperwork with you.

Range is only 25 yards. 3 lanes for shotguns and rifles. 5 for pistols.

I brought my own ammo so I don't know pricing of their ammo. They will check your ammo which is fine. I don't think they allow steel casing ammo.

Had a great experience as usual. Pick up for my firearm was quick and even got some cafecito to go with it.

By now, the most comfortable gun range, and the best assortment of firearms for sale; obviously, due to covid and Byden, everywhere they are very scarce.

I use to come here a lot few years ago, lot of things changed and the staff behind register today very obnoxious and always have something to say, I get it there is rules but the approach he takes with customers should be different thats called customer service. I just won't bother coming here any more can't bring your targets, your bullets are not good enough, their bullet are over priced they s.cks.

Sales area is great, but range area customer service was terrible - Cuban dude at the counter made my group feel uncomfortable and rushed.

The best place in Miami to get the diploma for your license, the best place to buy a gun and practice with it. You have all your needs in one area, nice people.

AC was broken, extremely hot. Rifles are not isolated, extremely loud. Counter guy didn't speak English.

I’ve been to this range several times without any problems. But this time I bought one target because I have my own that I’ve always shot in this place with in the past I was told to take it down that it could not be used there because the target did not say Florida gun center So it’s time to find another range that does allow other targets and it’s funny because I’ve seen people in the past using different targets! There willing to loose a customer for a paper target
I guess I will go to Miami guns instead!

I wish I could rate it less. Horrible customer service: clerk ID 55. If you go, stay clear from clerk 55. I will never go again.

Great people, quality selection of firearms to rent. Took my wife to shoot for the first time. She loved it. We will be going back in the future.

Spent 15 min waiting for somebody on the counter. Is this business open on saturday? Where is the front counter attendant located at? Not in the front for sure.

I tripple tapped the thris guy comes and tells me am shooting too fast. This is not permissible. The only reason I go is that is near ny job.

Don’t waste your time reading the 5 star reviews because that is actually what you should expect when paying for a service, and the fact that this location is in hieleah should not change that.

Short version, the guy we dealt with today acted like a professional thief.

Long version, we wanted 2 rifle lanes and the guy at the front told me he could only give us one lane to share because more people would come trying to shoot rifles also. That made no sence at all, we were the first customers to get there and honestly I couldn’t care less for whomever came after us (im selfish like that, I know). By this point he had already charged my card so I told him to refund me and he did and gave me a receipt. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed he actually charged us for 2 rifle lanes. I don’t think he made a mistake. I think those are the rules at that place. Either way that is a real clever way to rob customers (and lose them).

By the way, I still don’t see the refund on my bank account but that’s not a big deal. Worst case scenario I call the bank and do a chage back.

I really hope people take the time to read this review and stay away from this place.

The amount of lies that the guy at the front desk tells to people in this place is unbelievable. Their ammo is ridiculously overpriced, not enough parking space available and overall a terrible customer experience. They did not let me use my own ammo, it makes no sense that you have to pay for a piece of paper (their targets) before you can use your own. The guy also lied to me about the quality of my ammunition and even told me to start saving for a new gun if I ever use them. I definitely would never come back to the place and encourage the people who read this to do the same.

I havent been to the range part yet but the shop itself is beautiful and everyone was knowledgeable and eager to help

Good place for a couple of friends to have fun, but for serious shooters it's a no go. You can't do Drills at 3 or 5 yards because the ac blows so Strong that it moves your targets

A comfortable place to visit, either for a firstimer or for making it your place for training. Great atmosphere, nice company.

Having an awesome experience! Everyone here is serious about their craft. If you are too then you need to come to Allstate Training Academy. They have a top tier weapons range set aside for the training class. The training instructors are well educated with tons of practical knowledge and experience.
It had been a while since I shot a weapon and was brought up to speed with the help of the instructors. Thank you
