Dr. George and Dr. Merzenich are fantastic- when you can get in to see them. Their nurse practitioners, however, tend to dismiss your concerns. I've been coming here for about 5 years.
Two instances have finally done it for me. When I called last year about my throat closing due to an allergic reaction, I was on my way to them because they are close.
My throat was closing- the receptionist regretfully informed me that they were fully booked (I understand, I worked at a vet hospital) but told me to go to their emergency location- 45 minutes away.
I panicked and repeated my throat was closing. She kept apologizing but I hung up and went to another urgent care I was passing.

Today, I called regarding shortness of breath and chest pain due to a mediation prescribed to me by a specialist. I called guidewell with my concerns, and let them know that I do not trust this specialist (not referred by them) and didn't feel comfortable going back to him. After checking again with a nurse, they told me I would have to call the specialist regarding my breathing and chest pain despite my concerns, but they were happy to set up a future date to discuss the meds. No thank you, I will be sticking with my new primary, although her care is more limited.
Thank you for reminding me why I left.

I've always had great doctors and associates. The wait is expected these days. Patience

The ladies in the pharmacy - 5 stars! They are the best and I won’t go to any other pharmacy. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the doctor’s office. Appointments changed without much notice and scheduled for wrong practitioners. When I tried to change the appointment to my primary care physician, they said it would be more than 4 months out.

Megan did a very thorough and careful job, and I've had to give blood for years, due to a medical condition. She's the best.

I have been visiting this location since 2020 and as of now I'm going to give them a 5 Star! Great place!

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anybody like other lab places.the girl to go to if you're nervous and medical settings or needles is Meghan, she has a soft hand and isn't forceful, she makes you feel comfortable and doesn't make you feel stupid for being 38 and scared of needles! Thank you

Clean place, good location.
I was seen by nurse practitioner, Amanda Fox and was blown away by how unprofessional she was. I was uncomfortable the whole time.
Some people just aren’t fit to be in the medical field and she is a prime example of one.

Anybody who says Amanda Fox isn’t great must have been a sourpuss themselves. She’s honest and takes no BS from patients. She is awesome! And takes great care of me and my Mother. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This doctor office is an absolute joke! I had some issues early on with the PA ordering tests just to order them that weren't required for what was needed. Now I call them because I've been having abnormal pressure around my right side waistline. The staff proceeds to tell me to call prior to coming and that they will let me in to the lower area because that's where the covid screening is. Ask why I have to go there since I don't have covid symptoms they inisisted that its symptom when I know I don't have covid they are trying to force me into an area that only sees covid people. Whoever operates this office should be fired. A pressure in the apendix area is not a covid symptom. Trust me, the entire world knows what the symptoms are because they've been beaten into area heads. This office is always nothing but problems, they recommend specialists that they say are in your network and they're not. Bunch of clowns that run this office.

Dr. Pallapa is very kind, patient, and seems to actually care about the concerns of her patients. Not just getting paid, which is refreshing in comparison to my personal experience. Her office is prompt in making time for their patients.

I had an excellent experience with doctors' offices for once—super friendly staff, who even sanitized the pen before passing it to me. I will travel 40 miles to have them as my PCP.

This place just wasn't for me. I enjoyed the ease of being able to do labs and diagnostic studies all at the same place, but I wasnt completely satisfied with the level of care I received.

I have been a patient here only since 3/2018 and the entire time I have used this office has been a struggle, every time I call the representatives are short and rude, service is poor at best, they send my perscriptions to the incorrect pharmacy regularly, and make me feel like I ask for illicit drugs just to get non narcotic perscriptions. Looking for a new provider.

I'm so pleased with the entire team of nurses and I especially appreciate Ileana Nunez! Such a sweet spirit and a caring doctor. I am really appreciative of this facility! Keep up th good work

First of all let me brag on a Amanda Fox she's the best I love her her spirit her personality her caring about her patients.from the first day I met her her spirit was so curing she showed genuine concern she went above and beyond thank you Amanda Fox.let me brag about the rest of the staff when you walk in that office you feel like you're at home everyone family-orientated they welcome you everyone has a smile on their face I am so grateful the staff go above and beyond very friendly their energy amazing I have never walked in a building and felt that much love knowing that they care about my well-being and it's genuine. #LG
