CS of FHS is very good. Both assistants are very nice and helpful. Location is neat, spacious, cleaned restroom and has parking lots available but the address is difficult to find commonly the GPS takes you to other street behind due to construction.

Horrible! 1 star is too much
1) I started my coverage on 2/19/2021
2) I couldn’t log into there app for 5 days 2/25.3) obviously changed my mind and not happy w/choices I texted the agent on Thursday 3/11 (nothing)
Emailed the company on 3/11 (nothing) called on Friday 3/12. I have to give them notice 15 days before my payment is due (the 15th)
4) I wanted to change the plan of $150 to a lower one and guess what, I can’t.
5) I should of read the reviews first
6) DON’T DO IT!

It’s literally not even an insurnace company.do not fall for it the best plan literally covers nothing and to cancel they force you to send a fax of a letter stating you want to cancel, I’ve now been hold for 70 min after sending the fax in order to confirm they will not try and charge me again

Very poor customer service. I would rate these people 0 stars. My son has have this Plan for over a year now and every time he needs blood work or to go to a specialist is an issue they what to make all the appointments for you and make you go to the MDs they want you to go to. This plan is not cheap for 77.00 per month and then you need to pay for most of the services out of pocket. The State of Fl should investigate them because as per Medicare and Medicaid Guidelines the member should be able to see the MD they want as long as the MD is listed under the Plan. They are not professional whats so ever and do not follow up with the MD office for the authorizations they make you wait forever to see a specialist that you end up going to the hospital and paying everything out of pocket. If Florida Health Solutions is not able to follow up on their members accordingly they should not be in business because these are lives we are talking about not just a piece of paper.

The worse experience ever! I’ve been a member for more than 3 years, I need to cancel my plan now because I got coverage from the marketplace and they are making me to pay an extra month due to “policies”, even though my next payment hasn’t been processed yet. They need you to send the cancellation notice 15 days prior the payment date (which is usually impossible due to the timeframe to actually complete and get the approval for any other application), in order for them to not charge you for the next month. And forget about to get a reimbursement. Their policy requires to request it within 72 hrs of the payment date. They make everything impossible for the client. Very unpleasant leaving experience. As I told you. THE WORSE!

Called to get a quote, the operator was rude as hell and was put on hold for 5 minutes before getting disconnected (hung up on) obviously dont want my money, off to another agency. See ya!

Poor customer service, I submitted my cancellation letter 1 week ago, they always had excuses, that I never send the letter, when I told her I have the evidence she said oh yes man it is because I can not opened the email because you send it in a wrong way, I was like what you mean? I scanned the letter, but she can't opened, send the screenshot that I can see the letter why they not? So I I'm on my way to Miami to write a letter in front of the FHS to see if they can do my cancellation.

This is the WORSE thing ever. They lie to you. No hospital and nowhere you go accepts this. This is all FRAUD! This is ONLY a discount card. I DO NOT recommend
