I have had their service for about 4 years, and today is the first issue I have ever had. A peice of equipment quit working, and they had to replace it. Once they got here, it was 30 minutes, and I was back up and running.
The thing I like most about their service is that even during heavy storms I have excellent internet. No lags or cut outs.

We’ve used fhsi for over six years and they are incredible! No wait on the phone, ever, and customer service is amazing every time. A few days ago a technician came out to our home in a rural area to help with our connection. He moved the dish across property and was so nice! Thanks Brad for helping my family stay connected to the world.
