Process for getting a new license was seamless and quick. They have a good system in place. I was in and out in about an hour for an original license.

The employees are doing the best they can. Maybe if DMV computers and systems worked better, and maybe if customers respected the employees (you could at least wear a mask and keep your distance when cursing at them), these operations would run a little smoother.

This is not the kindest people in the world, however I have to say they're highly responsable, and they've always solved my issues professionally. They work hard and fast.

I had an appointment. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. Everyone working there was helpful and my business was taken care of easily and promptly. Very clean and they are adhering to safety protocols. I will return to this office in the future. Very pleased!

Baddest DMV I never saw, there was 1 black women that didn’t allow us in because we where whites, we asked for supervisor and she said that this is done and left. Never will come to this place. This DMV discriminates whites.

Two hours standing in line outside. TWO HOURS. Once inside, you wait in line again for your magic number to sit and wait again. But at least you're sitting. The people who work there seem nice, especially some man named Steve, but the whole process took 3 1/2 hours. Do youself a favor and make an appointment, even if there isn't one available for a week or more. We tried the Pembrook Pines location first but didn't even get out of the car when we saw the line snaking into the parking lot. Florida needs to do a better job with their motor vehicle offices. They are not designed to handle the volume of people.

We moved from CA and needed FL licenses and we were so surprised at how efficient and nice the people were at this location. Depending on the time you go, you first wait in a long line outside but as you get inside, they're very professional and move through people quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that they print the license while you wait and five minutes after we were done with the application, we had our licenses in hand and were out the door. CA DMV could learn something here.

Poorly organized location. It took almost 3 hours for a $25 procedure! Having to wait outside in the hot sun and rain is inhumane! Station 9 on Friday 8/2/19 afternoon was very rude and should not be working in customer service! Had a very nasty attitude for the 2 minutes of having to deal with her after being tortured in the hot sun outside. She needs to be fired!

Waited. And. Then. It. Closed. Been. There. Since. 7: 00. Never got license. No staff members either.

Steer clear of this location. We had an appointment, but weren't taken care of until 2 hours later. They work extremely slowly and force most people wait outside in the sun and RAIN! I've been to other locations and had much better treatment and a very short wait time with an appointment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

The line is too long, when I try to talk with the manager she was rude, when I try to ask her something she walk away

Terrible, they even drop calls on purpose to not work.i called 3 times and each time they literally hung up the phone

All good except for one woman worker. When my husband went in for his appointment, I was told to sit off to the side. No problem. My husband then turned from the counter and asked me for his glasses, which I had. I got up to give them to him and the same woman who told me to sit came up behind me and actually said if I got up again she'd ask me to leave. What? ! I was handing him glasses. She was a little uptight!

This is a very busy office. I waited over an hour in the sun outdoors, and then again indoors.then the photo machine was giving trouble. This office is under staffed and possibly should consider moving to a bigger location with adequate parking. The website could also use some updating and clear as what documents are needed and for whom. It is not easy to navigate the whole process, especially for the elderly. Be prepared to wait a long time and make sure you bring everything required or you will be turned away, and have to waste another day.

If you really need to come here be aware there are long lines outside, under the sun, they at least could have a take-a-number system so people could wait inside.

Don’t come after 4 because they probably won’t help you as it closes at 5, my own experience.

I don't think in my 67 yrs of driving have I ever renewed my license and was treated so kind and respected as I was today here in the Margate office. These folks were just wonderful to everyone! Thank you for your great customer service!

The worst experience ever. Waited on the line outside the building for two hours. When I finally got to the counter at 4: 30 I was rudely told no more driving test today. The supervisor Bobby said "I was wasting her time ". I think they have forgotten that we the taxpayers pay her salary. They are rude and unprofessional in tha office.

Typical government service, slow, inefficient, none caring about their customers.

The line is 3 hours long. I tried making an appointment online. Unable to. I tried calling several times. The line is always busy. Disgraceful.
