15I was unable to rent a car because I had lost my driver's license and needed to go to this location to obtain a new one before continuing on my trip. I was worried because I had no reservation as it all happened last minute. Ia arrived at 8, but they had opened the doors at 7: 30 and were already helping people. I was called back very quickly, and Amanda at the Diver's license counter was so kind and accommodating. I had been so stressed and overwhelmed after Ubering there with two toddlers and lots of luggage, and she made the process easy, and peaceful. Would totally recommend.
Security guards are horrible don't know the law. Don't care to know the law just a bunch of pushers
Super quick. She was knowledgeable and was able to assist in my questions. Not bad for a DMV experience.
I went in today to get my learners permit and it was all very quick. Amanda at station 1 did a wonderful job of keeping me calm and excited while she asked me questions. Overall wonderful work. Done within 30 mins.

Frustrating experience and poorly run. All I have been attempting to do is replace my lost driver's license. The website was not working properly so I called them NUMEROUS times to make an appointment only to be placed on hold for two hours and then the call is ultimately disconnected. They NEVER answer phones. People have been replaced by virtual assistants and do not understand anything you say. I tried to go in person to make an appointment and it was a nightmare. Long lines.
The wait wasn’t long, I’ve been to this location twice and was helped by the wonderful LAKEN! Not only is she very polite with her customer service skills, she is just outstanding with her quick assistance and being so polite since I just had a baby not long ago really made my day! Please give her a day off WITH PAY she deserves it. Thank you so much for quickly helping me!
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Got here as soon as they opened there doors been waiting for almost 3 hours as the second person in line for 3 hours! Do not waste your time here. Horrible experience and all I needed to do was return my license plate!
I went around noon today to change my license and the woman that first helps us out and the woman at the 1st booth were very nice and I felt more comfortable being there. Thanks for making the experience better for me.
Does not answer phone. Does not offer direction on how to proceed when their office is not answering phones. You're better off selling your vehicle or crashing it and totaling it out than you are actually getting any help resoling the issue.
I waited 1.5 months for my appointment then had to stand in line for 15 minutes when I got there, only to be told I was late and would have to wait in the back of the walk-in line for over an hour to be helped. So be sure to arrive early even if you have an appointment!
The website has no way to track your order for your new car tags. It also doesn't have a very long box to include your mailing address, which is probably why I have NOT received the car tags I ordered 1 month ago. Not only that, but it's nearly impossible to talk with a HUMAN to get issues resolved instead of their automated robot that can't do anything for you when you have a legitimate issue and half a brain. It's like they want you to fail behind so many beaurocratic red tape that they intentionally make it difficult to figure out how to do anything.
And I suspect they're going to make me pay a fee for replacing the one THEY lost. The worst.
I had an appointment for driver's license & that was done within 10 minutes; but, I had to go back on the board for the handicap placard! My name was first; but, after 50 minutes it went away & I spoke with one of the Managers (I'm guessing) & he got me to a desk; but, I needed to have a copy of my doctor's medical license as well as the signed form! I called the doctor's office & they'll fax it over so I can get my placard!
Setting up an appointment was easy and I was called to see a window within 2 minutes of my checking in. I finished my visit in 5 minutes.
