Nikki is one hell of a coach and motivator! She teaches boxing techniques and also pushes the body to a full killer workout. This gym is perfect if you have no boxing experience, if you are nervous to try, or if you have a ton of experience!
Everybody is super nice and welcoming. Chris the owner is a truly a great guy and he cares about his members. 10 out of 10 try Florida hit Factory.

I have been twice this week. I needed something else other than the gym. I travel for work in this area. I am grateful I went! Honestly, this keeps you focused on the workout. I loved hitting the bag! The people here are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They need one in the st Pete / Tampa area! I am already missing it. Thank you for your hiit factory! Top notch!

The staff is the biggest part of all the things that I love about this gym. They push you to do what you can and help you do it right.

Yesterday was my first visit and my first class, I felt very comfortable, the fabulous venue, the trainer (Chris) and the people I met were very nice and charismatic, the training was fantastically dynamic.

Finding out that you have Parkinson’s Disease is very scary. The staff and the people who attend the Movement class and the Rock Steady Boxing classes have helped me cope with functioning every day and gives me confidence that I can fight this disease and that I am not alone!

I always visit this place when I’m in naples! It’s a must. I love the boxing. And they now do HIIT classes Tuesday and Thursdays. Some of the instructors are good with coming around to correct form for boxing and I like that! The owner is super nice and welcoming too.

I’m still new to boxing but I couldn’t have asked for a better place to learn. My friend recommended coming here and I hate normal gyms because I’m not experienced with the equipment or environment. FHF not only offers super flexible time slots, but amazing coaches who are skilled and communicative and a non-judgmental environment to learn and grow. I’m so happy to be part of FHF and am already seeing progress the first few weeks! Thanks guys!
