I would not recommend or deal with Heather Houston while she knew she could save my family money on our homeowners insurance with a simple wind mitigation report included in our homeowners policy for the past 4 years she only mentioned once in 2016 and recommend it and then disrecommended it in the same email which is odd because a quick $75-$100 inspection report would drops our homeowners premium more then a hip roof discount! While now in 2020 shes increasing premiums and deductibles yearly on all coverages a b c d as she pleases example our 320k dollars home with a policy set at 500k thousand dollar dwelling coverage why? So unprofessional also she quoted me 3000+ dollar policy now getting same coverage with the wind mitigation report for 1800 dollars in a time of a pandemic we actually see who really helps I recommend not renewing any policies go to a big city’s agents in Tampa or Brandon
