A beautiful place, surrounded by exceptional professionals who put all their effort into helping my child meet his goals and step by step I see every day how all of this bears fruit.

I am the mother of a child with cerebral palsy and about a year ago I was looking for a center that could offer the necessary therapies to my child. I looked at many places but I couldn't find anything until one day they referred me to this wonderful center. It was a miracle. In it I got all the medical needs of my Child, because all the love, understanding and respect that the Child and the mother or father may need from time to time. They are special, there is no doubt about that and I recommend them 500%, thanks to the entire FLORIDA KIDS THERAPY team, for every day, every teaching and every act of love they give to their children.

I love this place, my child, from the first day, he loved Michelle speech therapist and also Jenni with the Zoom option. The place is very colorful, it is small, it has a lot of security. I recommend it to many people, its owner is super professional.

I had a wonderful experience, it was a wonderful experience and the help I’m getting for my granddaughter it’s amazing.

This place was great when we started then the lady doing the schedule would change random days and tell me it was my fault because we would miss a day if my ese daughter was not doing well. I have text messages from them talking about their employees to me! Very unprofessional!

The customer service to be onboarded to this service is poor at best and unethical at worst.

We called them 4 times over a two-week span where each call was met with a confirmation that an onboarding specialist would reach out to us within 72 hours. Once the 72 hour window passed, we would call again.

All the while, our 6-month old baby with developmental delays was waiting for care.

That was September. 4 months later, our baby is now 10 months old and we just now received a text apologizing for the wait and notifying us that they’re not accepting new patients.

We ended up finding another WONDERFUL center in Palmetto Bay called Skillbuilders. Our baby’s doing great, but the customer service here was RIDICULOUS.

Excellent center with great professionals. Highly recommended if your child needs therapy. I will always be grateful for the help and guidance that my little one received.

My son has been coming here going on 2 years already. Doing speech and occupational And this place has done him wonders. My son was struggling so bad in school teacher had a hard time understanding him, he had a hard time understanding assignments. (Kindergarten) It was just so hard on us. He had all Ds and Fs teacher recommended me to take his report card to his doctor. And that’s how therapy started for him. Now here he is 1 year 9 months later honor roll student all As 1 B. I couldn’t thank them enough. They are amazing.
