Excellent experience with our sales person Barbie. I highly recommend asking for her. Very easy to work with, No high pressure. New exactly all the inventory of the store. So she was able to show us exactly what we wanted. We actually purchased on the same day we walked in.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. We have purchased there before. We shopped around and didn't find any better deals with the same quality.

Thought I was buying from a “high end” furniture store, owned by Matter Brothers. I purchased a leather sectional and a leather recliner. Both were delivered damaged. What an ordeal to get them fixed! Absolutely No quality control!

Jim was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was available but not overbearing in our search for new furniture. Helpful in telling us the different softness of the covering of the couches and made recommendations for protection. Happy to work with him.

Went in to look at reclining sofas for our new home and the salesman was rude at best. He gave one word answers and those answers were very curt. He couldn't be bothered with us. Was looking on his phone the entire time. We will not be back

We bought our living room furniture here three years ago and loved it but lost it all in the hurricane. Came back for a redo.

After looking for months to find a high quality sectional sofa…I purchased from Florida Leather Gallery of Ft Myers. Barbie greeted me at the door. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional.

Upon receiving my delivery…I noticed a defect with the corner piece (looked like screws pushing out and stretching the leather) …and shortly after …I noticed the leather looked worn on the lower corner of the piece next to the corner unit. I immediately contacted Jim Nardone (sales manager) …and discussed repair vs replace options. Given I had noted the problem upon receipt…Jim agreed to replace the two pieces of concern. They were replaced within two weeks time.

Mistakes happen…but how they are handled is telling. Given the commitment to quality and integrity…I will be a continued customer of FLG!
