I needed a reset of my connectivity to my pool after a severe thunderstorm. Johnny responded, tested the system, and diagnosed the trouble within minutes. He also gave me instructions on how to resolve the issue in the future which was very much appreciated. Johnny was professional, helpful and genuinely concerned about resolving the issue to my satisfactions. Kudos to Florida Leisure for having such a great employee!

They have a wide variety, products are made in the USA, very good prices and service. Our salesman was Andrew who answered all our questions, is knowledgeable and very personable. We learned a lot and actually picked out our jacuzzi and made deposit. We still have a few things to address to see where it will fit but we plan on going with this company and Andrew due to the quality of the jacuzzi and the service. If you are looking for one I do recommend them, check them out.

I would like to share my experience using Florida Leisure Pool & Spa fixing my pool leaks. Jose came out to our home and spent around 8 hours checking out my pool. When he was done, he found 4 leaks, one of which was pretty bad. The next week he came and fixed every leak. My pool is perfect now. Jose was wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. He answered all my questions. I would recomend this company to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Ed and the team at Florida Leisure Pool and Spa. My pump died and I was in desperate need of a new one. Especially since it has been raining and algae could have come at any moment. They were booked but still fit me in and had my new pump up and running very quickly. Super knowledgeable and will definitely use them again in the future for sure.

Johnny changed our pool salt system. He came early, was very efficient and courteous. He also found a defective pool water temperature sensor and repaired that during the visit. We are happy with our routine pool care and repairs and upgrades over the years!

Jonathan was amazing He got my swim jet working in about 5 minutes and he adjusted the timer on my pump. He seemed very knowledgeable about pool issues in general. My previous experiences with pool companies in the Ocala area were fair at best. This company seems to do it all! I will definitely use Florida Leisure Pool and Spa for all my future needs.

I highly recommend this company. We had a leak in our inground pool. Other people came to assess the pool, but could never give us any answers regarding the source of the leak. Ed and Jose were able to find the leak and we now have our pool up and running. They did such a thorough job. The office staff were great as well. Emily, Tanya, and Stephanie were always reachable if we had any questions or concerns. If you have any issues with your pool, this is the company to call! A+

Johnny from Florida Leisure pool and spa went above and beyond on Friday afternoon after hours to fix our pool and spa to use for our grandkids the next day That’s great service!

Florida Leisure Pool and Spa has taken care of our pool for several years. It is always clean and crystal clear. They are on time, reliable, and responsive when I need help or repairs. I would highly recommend them!

Had used their pool cleaning service for about a year now. Over the last 4 months or so, we have been increasingly displeased with their work. They would move our pool furniture to cut through the yard and not put it back. They would spend only 5 minutes there some times and I would come out the same day to find the skimmer basket still full of leaves and the pool still dirty. They told us in the beginning they would take care of our hot tub as well, and then magically after we started using their service- they said they don't service hot tubs. I called to complain about the price of the service they were providing and they lowered my payment by $20. Then 2 months later, they send out an email increasing the service by 10% for "industry wide materials shortage, fuel surcharges and international events" which would have brought my cast right back up to the price I was paying before I complained. I called to cancel the service. They didn't even ask why or seem bothered one bit that they were losing a customer.

I paid for all of February so they were to continue service through the end of the month with the 28th being our last service. My new company had warned me that other pool companies tend to stop coming after you cancel with them and gave me a heads up incase they did that to me. I didn't believe him that a company would do that, but sure enough they didn't show for their final service and even the service they did the week prior left the pool in horrible condition. The new company rushed out to take care of my pool for me when I let him know Florida Leisure didn't show and how bad the pool looked.

FLORIDA LEISURE LEFT MY POOL WITH NO CHLORINE IN IT! They let let it turn green and get to a PH of 12.2, which is close to double what it should be.

That is completely despicable and unprofessional.

UPDATE: the owner did call me and listened to all my grievances, even more than I listed here in this review. I appreciate the call and the conversation but at the end of the day it’s too little too late. They missed 3 opportunities to make it right when I called to complain about the price for the service provided, called to cancel their service and called demanding a refund when they did not show for service. He only called after my negative review hit Google. I hope that he does take my notes about how I have been treated when I called and spoke to his team and make necessary changes so that other current and future customers are treated better. Proceed with caution unless you enjoy being one of the masses and hope that if you are ever displeased with their service, that they will treat you with kindness and concern rather than a bother like I was.

Our pool and deck renovation look great! Lee was very responsive to our calls and requests, and proactive in making sure the job was done right.

I truly enjoyed having this crew come and work at my pool. I live in a tight subdivision and my neighbors did not complain. They work extremely well together. I would recommend them to anyone that has a need to have construction on their pool. Bobby came out today and worked on the maintenance of the pool and took care of my screen door handle, I truly appreciate the love and respect and now the security of their patrons. Thank you all.

Johnny was great! Quickly resolved the jet’s power and took care to explain how/why it worked so I can adjust the jets myself now. Professional and empathetic, very nice guy!

Big shout out to Florida Leisure Pools for helping us repair our hot tub, and especially to Johnny! This is the second time he’s helped me and he’s a true professional when it come to the pool and spa world! Very knowledgeable and professional. Johnny was great! Johnny answered all of my questions and was honest of the cost to get my Hot Tub working. Johnny came back to finish the job after picking up the part! Great Job! I will use him again!

Johnny and Jake were both very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area and provided me with useful information to help maintain my hot tub in peak working order.

Pool heater wasn't working. Johnny came and diagnosed the issue. He went beyond that task and checked on overall pool operation. He diagnosed at least 2 other issues that were affecting the pump/filter. He represented his company very well and may have brought in more business.
