Dr. Trey Alexander and his staff were great and saw me with a minimum of waiting when I got in even though there were quite a few people waiting,
-Though scheduling an appointment meant waiting almost a month as his schedule was quite full when I did finally see him he was thorough, Proactive & set up a treatment plan and explained everything, where as my previous doctor only put off doing anything for the pain until other medical issues I had were over and done with.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Roger Burns Gaskins III MD's PA- Darlene. She was very thorough in all of her examinations and explained things in depth. She gave me multiple options on how to proceed with my issues and laid out a thorough plan of action. I had a wonderful experience and I would go back just to be a patient of hers. Highly recommended!

Loved my dr. Because she cared about what I felt and it was important to her for me to tell her what I felt about my body and even said that she cares about what the patient thought.

This is the worst place I've ever been. It was like they were getting paid on the Fullness of the waiting room. Waited 1 hr to be told to come back the next day. Then Waited another 45Min before I just walked out. They are rude and could not care one bit. Seat in the waiting room = $$$$

The Florida Medical Clinic, in all its departments, seems to hire physicians on the downsides of their careers. They tend to be older, and of the didactic school of medical practice, viz, they expect to talk, and expect the patient to listen, follow and obey. Questions are not welcome, and patients who believe that they are in control of their medical decision making are going to have a hard time here.

COMPLETE lack of communication. My medicine (knee injections) were signed for by Ashley and delivered on May 21,2019 at 2: 27 PM. I have been waiting patiently for a call from them to get the injections scheduled. I called Tuesday, May 28,2019 two separate times to see about scheduling my appointment told twice by Riley that that a message was sent to Evelyn then to Tiffany and I would get a call back. I am under the assumption that they have lost my medication that I have paid for. COMPLETE DISFUNCTIONAL OFFICE STAFF.

This clinic is extremely inefficient. Had appt and was asked to come in -5 mins before my appointment time only to wait almost 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. I had phoned the clinic yesterday to let the doctor know that I am still in pain and left a message. I was told they would forward it his nurse. I am on hold as I write this. I asked what the turn around time for the nurse to respond, she responded with a rude tone saying the head nurse can only respond to messages in between clinics and she was at another location today. I am still on hold. 15 mins now. This clinic lacks professionalism at the front desk. Terrible experience at this clinic. I won’t be coming back.

Came to Dr. Domby for a second opinion on my partially torn rotatory cuff and he and his staff could not have been better. He performed a thorough examination and walked me through the MRI results, showing me where the issues were. Suggested conservative PT treatment instead of jumping right to surgery.

Let me tell you how this doctors was the absolute WORST experience of MY LIFE. I needed a medical release from the doctor, and it took over A MONTH for one signature for a new job which happened to be messed not once, BUT FOUR TIMES. Because either the staff or this doctor isn't doing their jobs. Every time we called the clinic they each gave us a different answer and not one single person could give us one simple answer as to where the doctor was going to be. I ended up going to three different locations over that past month to get one sentence and signature fixed. It ended up costing a very well job that I needed and I honestly have never been so disappointed in my life and I'm honestly just going to call a lawyer because this was a mess up on their end.

They offer a great service, they are very attentive to their patients and help as much as they can to make sure you get better. They really take care of their patients.

Outstanding surgeon! Total hip replacement left side complete. Next step, right side. Cannot say enough about Dr. Alexander and his team as well as the pre and post op team at Florida Hospital!

There are many things wrong with this office. It’s over-saturated with patients so the level of care and attention is third world, at its best. No matter how skilled a doctor may be in surgery and with other procedures, it amounts to nothing when they’re behind a wall of automated phone mazes, miserable receptionists (once they finally pick up the phone), office visit wait times of over 90 mins, a revolving door of medical assistants, overworked surgical coordinators, and doctors that have bedside manners similar to Count Dracula. Their communication is atrocious; whether it’s talking with a doctor in the room, or getting someone to call you back. It took them 33 days to get me an answer for one of my questions. It should’ve taken 24 hours. I’ve never experienced such a dismal experience with a medical practice in my life and they wasted months of my time while simultaneously made me feel like I was wasting their time with my medical issue. I felt like nothing more than a number to everyone involved with this practice and I hope this doesn’t become the norm for the rest of this area.
