2 Extremely disappointed, my wife and I have been seeing Erin Lange Vandello since 2008 and my wife received a letter saying that Erin Lange Vandello decided not to be primary and that she will have to look for another primary doctor.
According to the letter she will not longer see her because my wife missed her appointment with the Allergist.
My wife had to cancel / reschedule her appointment due to a family emergency in NJ.
My wife called the office to explained the reason she had missed the appointment.
She got a call back and the representative told her that Erin stated to look for another primary doctor because she does not want to see her.
I am in total disbelieve, my wife has follow all of the treatments provided by Erin, such as going to a Pulmonologist, getting a chest xray among other treatments.
Since 2008, this is the first time that my wife missed to follow up with an Specialist.
Wow, I was there for a second time after Dr Beach retired and the front desk staff is so dumb and rude. I was standing there for 5 minutes while she was answering her phone without any acknowledgment of my existence and at the end, someone else came over to help. I am looking for another office to go now.
