Have seen three different doctors here for issues with knees, shoulder, hips and foot - had surgery on all 4 areas. All three provided top level service, both in office and in surgery. Their respective PAs are also great. The only kick I have is the waiting time for office appointments.

Want to see Dr. Donbi, but got his assistant she was so kind Explain everything about my ankle injury. They sent someone to put a boot on me she was funny and gentle. I would recommend them to anyone in my family or friends. Thanks for the help.

After reading many reviews Here, I felt compelled to write our review. Dr. Cronen did my husband's back surgery and he wS just AMAZING! He was very very attentive to my husband’s care. I would recommend Dr Cronen always! Caring, kind and professional. At first glance he looks tough but that is not who he really is at least with us.

The worst doctors. Dr. Guttentag is nasty and verbally abusive. No respect for the patient in pain. Showed up today for Dr. Cronen after confirming appointment made 2 months ago. Drove 1 hour only to be told the Doctor is not in today. I got 10 confirmations txt, email for date and time. Checked in online too. Next appointment 2 months. Still in pain. Find another group.

It saddens me to put a one star. The Doctor who performed my proceedure and the PA that I saw several times were excellent. 5 stars. In order for full 5 they need to retrain or get rid of that MA/RN i don't know what she was she never introduced herself to me. She was set to pull my stitches out. She did not listen to me as I cried in pain telling her that it is not healed and that it hurt so badly. As she was poking, I said I can't do this, her response was "well let me get the cooling spray. " The very first time I said it hurt and it was bleeding, that should have been the option. I came in with a pain level of 2/10 and left with a pain of 10/10. I went home, and had to redo all the measures that I did only on the first week postop, because the 2nd week postop, i was ok, no pain meds, no ice. She was a Tech from hell, no remorse, no empathy and had the caucasity to roll her eyes at me as I left. See, not until the end did I share with her that I have been an RN for over 23 yrs and currently a practicing double certified DNP for the last 5 years. But this is white america, the undermine the treatment of black and brown individuals and somehow believe that we are not human who cannot feel pain. This I have seen throughout my career as a nurse the response I received from Doctors when i requested pain meds for caucasian and for blacks. This was the worse experience i have every had postoperatively in 55 yrs on this earth.

While the staff is very polite, the service is extremely poor. I’ve been waiting 5 months to simply get a gel shot. They tell me they’re waiting on the insurance company but when I contact the insurance company they have not heard from the doctor. They simply lie yo you. I will be finding a real doctor soon. Please do not waist you time with this office.

What a horrible place, avoid at all cost.
They are mean. Its just as bad as it can get. Long waits with no updates. Its overbooked and they dont listen your problems at all as there is huge line in the waiting room. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. But at least for now they said they will refund the money they take upfront (which i highly doubt). Shame on them for operating such a horrible place. Wasted my PTO for this and left without seeing a doctor. Wish could give zero stars to them
