House wasn't level and has a 3" gap that is slowly splitting apart. Blamed the manufacturer.

This company was delivering a mobile home in our neighborhood and decided to use our yard as a turnaround point. They did not ask for permission and were incredibly rude when approached about it. After multiple phone call attempts and an email with images, my husband finally spoke to Dustin who was full of lame excuses and an attitude. We provided him with the permit, date, witness and pictures and were told that it wasn’t worth his time to come back out. So… it’s not worth his time to clean up the mess his company created, but it’s supposed to be worth ours to clean up THEIR mess. He also mentioned it looked like an open field, when you clearly can see how close they got to our pool in the picture. This was not a side of the road turnaround. The county had to replace the street sign that was taken down and our yard had 60 foot tire ruts in multiple places. We told Justin he needed to send someone out to rake the ruts, but it’s been two weeks and no one has been out. It’s time this company is held accountable. We tried to give them time to make it right, but they have proven they have no intention of doing so. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and proceeding with next steps.

They were recomended by the mgr.of circle B homes in 2015.the plumber they sent out plumbed the back half but not the front half bathroom.since that time it has gone unnoticed and has been dumping human waste under the home.company was contacted by circle B owner rick.on feb 16th.one of their emoyees showed up on the 17th saw the mess and told me he would get with his boss.last contact i have had.with them.refuse to return calls.would have given a half star but not available.stay away from this company.law suit to come.

Dustin and his team did an amazing job moving our Park Model home. They responded to emails promtley and picked up and delivered when they said they would. I highly recommend Florida Mobile Masters!

Paid them up front. Bad mistake. 6-8 months later. After no electric, or plumbing. Never did electric. Plumbing. Sprayed on bottom of trailer till had manufacturers come out. They made them come back and fix. Seriously guys 6-8 months no electric or plumbing. Do not pay them up front for anything. Still waiting to take apart plumbing made them hook up. Honestly think they put rocks in it. Will find out.

They were hired to set my home. They have been a no call/no show 3 times now. This is beyond ridiculous. Have some respect and call your customers and let them know you will not be showing up. Instead of leaving them hanging. And then you say you dont know when. This is riduculous. Have some respect and treat your customers better. I definately do NOT recommend this company. No respect.

Amazing company. I highly recommend then for setting up your new home or relocating. Kara, is an angel. She requested all my inspections in a timely manner, and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Everything was drama free. The subcontractors they hired, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. Good job guys and thankyou so much for getting me into my new home.

Professional and caring! Did the set up on my mobile from Family Home Center. With the enormous number of problems this home has, they came all the way out to identify the issues and helped me solve them. Never charged me a dime and the issues are not due to set up. Gave exceptional advice.
