Florida Nails reviews
17MIA is the very best all around.she's a perfectionist. Do great eyebrows (waxing and tinting) and her lash extensions are pnenomenal. She's the best
I have been going to Florida Nails from since 2020 till this time I am very please with they service, my nail tech is Chun he is the best nail tech I ever experienced great service Florida Nails.
Worst customer service I was accused of wanting a service without Chow first finding out what I wanted done. Chow is Rude and talk to women very Disrespectful. I'm disabled and had surgery on my foot in August each time after that I would come to have a pedicure on my right foot. The nail tech was the one who stated I can pay for one foot each time. When I went today Chow stated I hope you don't think you going to come in here and talk about one foot. I was shocked I pay for my services each time I didn't ask for anything free. I left in embarrassment. They are unprofessional
I got my nails done here and it was really well done. They had such a big variety of shilac. The staff were friendly and very respectful.
I went in on a Saturday at 6: 10 pm to get 2 nails repaired (they close at 7pm). Nobody was waiting and they told me that they was closed! What happened to the other 50 mins. Terrible business! They don't care about your time or your money! They don't speak to you, and they don't value a long time customer. I've been going to them for almost 20yrs. Not anymore, I'll go somewhere where I'm my money is appreciated!
The actual pedicure was nice, but when it came time to decorate my toes, I didnt get what I asked for, in the beginning & was told that was the best she could do.
I was waiting for over an hour to get a refill. They allowed people to come and sell things (which isn't a problem) but when these sellers are making transactions and their employees are talking loud, I did not hear my number. I brought it to their attention and the nonchalant attitude was kind of unprofessional. Instead, it could've been a simple "give us a moment, we'll be with you" and I wouldn't have had a problem on waiting a little longer. I would dare spend a dime with these people.their customer service sucks
I’ve been going here since 12th grade, nine years now. I always love the quality of the work, fast paced workers who are respectful to you.
The customer service was great and they did an amazing job on my toes. I would definitely be back.
Very sweet and amazing service! They were patient and kind, always making sure I was okah. Worth tipping!
Mia runs a business well respected in our community, professional services clean inviting shop.
Temp check and sanitizer given at door. Customers are seated every other seat for pedi and mani. Cash only! Brows and lashes are also done here too

Been going to Florida nails for years with the Covid19 they are taking every precaution. There's a long wait time about an hour depending on what is your need. But I guess that about average time.
This guy made a horrible mess and didn't know what a French manicure was so it looked like he used white out.
First time and best experience ever. I did'nt even sit myself to wait. I was attended immediately. The service was fast and what I wanted. Coming back for sure! Recommended to everybody.
