Florida National University reviews
29 I decided to start my MSN-FNP with FNU, so far everything is organized. The staff is very helpful and polite. They are remodeling the building and they can stand close to other prestigious universities from Miami. The curriculum for the MSN is very organized and the clinicals requirement also. The staff and the owner / president Treat the students like a family. I highly recommend this institution and whatever degree you are pursuing you won’t regret it.
I graduated from this institution and then I ended up being part of their faculty after graduation. This is a student oriented university which actually cares about student success. I know this University will continue to grow and eventually become part of the most prestigious educational system of US.
Highly recommend them. I have nothing but POSITIVES reviews and experience with them.
Thank you FNU and Thank you Dra. Regueiro
One of the best school in Florida. I would recommend anyone who want to be a nurse. All the staff is very helpful they treat you like family. I don’t understand some people in reviews said this school is not good I’m not agree with them because this a school you really need to work very hard to get good graders specially if you study for nursing any school you really need to work very hard to get your degree. Ones again I recommend to everyone.
I've had the best time studying at this institution. They have remodeled while I've been here and it gets me excited to drive on to campus to get that "college vibe". The professors are super friendly and knowledgeable too!
My favorite part about being part of FNU was the way it felt like home. As a mom of 2, I didnt think going back to school would be easy but they truly made it an amazing experience. Thank you!
Attending FNU has been great! I started studying here about half a year ago and the professors and faculty are always available to help me in any way they can. Really recommend studying here:)
Although its a small school compared to other universities in Florida, its the one that helped me the most when it came to enrolling. Their financial aid process was detailed and everyone was super helpful
If I could give them 0 stars I will do it. Bunch of scammers, they will charge you for a bunch of classes you dont even need, and even though if you are planning on change to another school you will leave with more loans than hairs on your head. Staff is does not have any knowledge of what they are doing they just do their job to get their paycheck and does not care about students at all, JUST DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. It is REALLY EXPENSIVE and not worthit. Lot of scams going on in this place, everyone from the class is leaving this school.
My rating is based on their turnaround time in resolving students questions or requests when a piece of information is required from the school. The financial Aid department is a disaster and they never get back to you in a timely manner.
When you finally get someone to talk to they want you to talk to someone else who never answers the phones nor voicemails.
I’ve been trying to get a hold of the financial aid director (Omar Sanchez) and it’s been impossible. Not sure why can’t someone else in the department help. Either way, if you need to get an issue resolved is best to go there personally and even then.it can be a problem
A joke.please don’t waste your time. And to the “Owners” replying to everyone’s negative response, don’t even bother because it’s all B. S.to make you look good. Too bad your reviews are terrible. Straighten your act. “National”? Come on.are you kidding me?
Why don't you guys go to FIU instead? It's nearby, cheaper and properly accredited with a good reputation. Don't be silly and gullible. Stay away from for profit schools. Financial aid practically covered all my costs and tuition at FIU, no massive loans needed.
I love it here Florida National University feel like home. My lectuer is the best i recommend here for everyone who wants to attend college.
I have attended the university for a year and a half and so far all my professors have been good. I do recommend trying to avoid professor Rafael Ramos for your classes if you work full time and have a very busy schedule. He is not flexible at all, and he sends more than 4 home works per week, so if you are going to take one of his classes please make sure to only take his class. I personally will never take one of his classes unless I have to.
Excellent costumer service in front desk. Awesome coworkers, instructors, and professors. They help you a lot with everything, and some others treat you more like family. The best university to study and to work too.
I was considering to start studying at this university but after reading all the negative comments I think I’ll go somewhere else.
I don’t recommend you this university because the administration doesn’t know what they are doing specially the financial aide. I spend my time gathering all my papers. I have a bachelor degree and I told them about my loan. Out of nowhere I received a call that I cannot study because I can not get anymore loans. When I was there they told me I was approved for an amount of 35000. Don’t waste your time and spend your money in another institution.
I had my worst experience today at this school with Financial Aid old lady. She took more than one hour to call me and when finally she called me she was upset.
The school health programs are better the business administration program is a joke, the instructors do not care and do not answer to their emails, it was a disaster to be graduated from this program that it does not provide a great understanding of the business word, if I know this before NSU is excellent for MBA than this joke of a program be aware of this school, financial aid is the worst but for me the business administration should have more qualified instructors and will need to know how to teach
Was recommended to come see Professor Dannel Bisono and his class for a free 3D and regular ultrasound!
His student Alberto Orellana took care of us and did a very thorough ultrasound. Unfortunately our baby wasn’t cooperating and we couldn’t get a good read.
Even Dannel stepped in and tried to get a read, but he throughly explained that when there’s not enough amniotic fluid his face wouldn’t show. We are going to try again at a later date and see if he cooperates!
I recommend anyone wanting a free, honest 3D ultrasound to come check them out. I do ask that you have patience as they are students and are learning. It’s free anyways!
I would like to thank all those who worked in the Allied Health Division office for their dedication and good work with students especially Dr. Almonte, Maria Noa (Academic Advisor), Professor Carlos Vasquez, above all for being so empathetic and treating us with so much affection for everything, thank you very much. Maria Alfonso
Awesome instructor & students, they really know what they are doing, you should all come to this University!
