I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for ten years. He has always been ready to listen and try new and innovative treatments for my headaches. If you are looking for a great neurologist, I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staff.

I have been a migraine sufferer since I was 13. I am now 58. After many medicines and multiple injections I finally visited Dr Kim. He discussed my issues and ran a couple of tests which brought to my attention that I have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. Dr Kim put me on a new regimen of ajovy and quilipta with nurtec as a remedy and i can honestly say that I am living a migraine free life. I have a couple flair ups but nurtec does the trick. I owe a big thank you to Dr. Kim.

I attempted to re-establish care with Dr. Kim only to find it impossible to even talk to someone to schedule an appointment. Messages left and then they don’t call till late afternoon- usually 4pm or later. And the few times I tried calling back before they close, no one answers the phone. They are obviously understaffed and overwhelmed. If this is the case, stop accepting new patients until you have the means to do so.

Dr. Kim is great, professional and approachable. He was able to thoroughly describe all the procedures, gave me all my options and welcomed more questions during my consultation. When I went for my procedure Dr Kim was gentle and patient, gave me time and allowed me to be comfortable and paced the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. Dr Kim is amazing and I recommend her services without any reservations!

Dr kim is great however staff never answer the phone. I’ve been calling for weeks even went to the office 30-45 minutes before closing time and the doors were already locked. I’ve been asking for medicine since i was taken off aimovig and am going on almost a full month with back to back nasty migraines. I keep calling the office and noone calls back. You actually can’t get someone on the phone, no matter what option you press!

Dr Kim is great, staff, when you're there are good. If you try to get them on the phone. You may as well forget it, give up, you will ne wasting your time. The aggravation is not worth it. They just don't answer. I ha e left many messages with no call back. Oh, I apologize I finally got a voice message ten days after left a message. The person, I will refrain from giving a name, apologized for not getting back to me and that I should call her. Should call her, I fid and the dame, Noone answers, just terri ble

I'm a new patient to this practice. So far my experiences have been positive. The Doctor is knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. The staff are friendly and professional.

Dr Kim has been a godsend for us after a year of being told my wife had Parkinson his astute eye and instinct ordered an MRI on 1st visit and sure enough he found a tumor in my wifes brain. We were then sent to UF where she is to have surgery. The staff was on spot in all areas an Melanie kept in touch and made sure UF was taking care of us. The girls at Solstice maging were also great very kind people! Don’t hesitate to go here it’s a top notch place!

They never answer the phone. For a neurological patient it makes it incredibly hard to actually get care.

—3 years later? I am a new patient. I have never seen you before this year during a sleep study. After that I missed appointments and I’ve been unable to reschedule due to the staff not answering or calling back on the phones. I have never received a single voicemail and am still trying to call with my phone number again this week with another voicemail again today. Make this right and I’ll edit my review for the care I’ve received.
