Mr. Bob the Physicians Associate was excellent in the visit for my wife Barbara. He has a high level of "emotional intelligence".

I had a sleep Study done on 7-13-2023 and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. The order was sent to Aprea Health. I have still not received my bi-pap machine and Aprea Health is now just telling me that the order that the prescriber sent was incorrect with the codes. Now, after all this time, I am going to have to try to get my prescription corrected and then resend. This should have been done correctly the first time. I need my machine.

Everyone was professional, kind, and thorough. I recommend them to anyone who needs this medical treatment.

I arrived as requested 15 minutes ahead with all of my paperwork filled in and signed. I had to wait 35 minutes until they took me back and I had to sit there while they typed in and also scanned my paperwork into their system. While this was going on they asked me the questions that I already provided. Then I was turned over to a new nurse practitioner who proceeded to ask me the identical questions the previous person input into the system, an hour wasted. The office was so bad, just picture a school desk with card board backing and discarded medical equipment such as IV stands all over the office, discarded chairs, very unprofessional. The doctor wouldn’t look at my MRI and pretty much blew me off regarding my issue.

It was a comfortable first visit it was my initial visit with him for the first time everything was made very clear and we are on the same page thank God

I have been going here for years. I find this office to give excellent service and care. I see Dr. Shekhadia and he is always very friendly and attentive. His staff is always (well, most of the time anyway. Come on folks, we all have bad days) very polite and thorough in their task. Wait times are very minimal if you arrive on time. I drive a good 40 miles to go to this office, takes me about an hour. Folks it's worth every dollar I have spent on this Biden diesel fuel, now 4.76 a gallon. I highly recommend this office.

The doctor himself is very knowledgeable and attentive to details.

The running of the office however, is poor. I only had 2 appointments and in between phone calls. They rarely answer their phones, and messages are not always returned. I received less than 48 hour notice on a Friday that my appointment time was being changed without my approval. For people who have very busy work schedules, it's not patient friendly.

I’m very happy with the Florida neurology. I will recommend it and I will be going back again for sure.

Debbie performed my EEG and was superb. She explained every step and told me what to expect. Her voice was calm and soothing and I had no surprises.
