Was taken back into a room quickly and didn’t wait more than a few minutes at a time to have my X-ray done and for the doctor to come in! Doctor is super friendly and personable. He immediately figured out where the source of my pain was coming from and talked me through the 3 different treatment plans! Would definitely recommend Dr. Reed:)

Billed for shoulder immobilizer I refused to take at time of office visit. The brace is for after a surgery that doctor recommended that I said I would consider after getting a second opinion. I have called several times and was told it would be taken off and new invoice sent. Received new invoice four times with no change to bill and brace that I never received still being charged. Nightmare getting a bill corrected. I have seen three other doctors that all disagreed surgery would correct the problem.

Dr Reed did a wonderful job fixing my very crooked painful leg. His PA Ashley also, both have answered so many of my questions and explained all details to my surgery in May 2021. Recommend Dr. Reed if you have any knee issues. Very personable.

Dr. Reed has replaced both knees, and one hip. I now have to have the second hip replaced, and I wouldn't go to anybody else. The staff are great and Dr. Reed and his PA Ashley are fantastic.

Had to have my bone-on-bone knee drained, I'm 66, F, avid golfer, trying to avoid knee replacement as long as possible! Doc is awesome, w Euflexa and no high heels he might keep me going another decade! Thanks doc

My wife is under a lot of pain on her neck and we need an orthopedist to see her asap, I decided to call this practice since on the surface it seemed like it had a good ammount of reviews and stars. Their service and customer attention is terrible. I couldn’t even make an appointment. I talked to 2 ladies over the phone and then got transferred, without asking for it, to a supervisor on which I got a voicemail that was full; so couldn’t even leave a voicemail with my concern. The first lady I spoke to on the phone, couldn’t understand what I was saying even after I spelled every word I kept trying to tell her. The second one, asked me if I had insurance and then asked me to give her the info, I did not feel comfortable giving my insurance info over the phone, and she refused to make the appointment. I asked her if she wouldn’t make the appointment with me not having insurance, and she responded “I would but you already told me you have insurance so I can’t lie”. It’s not about lying, but about understanding what a customer feels comfortable with or not (which I expressed). All this suggests, is that they don’t want to help me or my family (maybe it’s not true, but its the perception I get). How obtuse is it to refuse making an appointment for a new potential customer; only because the customer doesn’t feel comfortable sharing their medical information over the phone with highly rude representatives. It is very sad that I can’t be a customer for your practice because your policies or the people you have working for you are not friendly to customers. What an uncomfortable situation.

My only problem was that the waiting area was full. They have seating 6 ft apart but there were so many people waiting they were standing and or sitting in the restricted chairs. It made it very uncomfortable given the Covid circumstances we are in.

I love that Ashley the PA always takes time with me and answers my questions. I’m very comfortable with her and Dr Reed and thankful I found them to help me with my knee. The office staff and the nurses are always very pleasant and work hard to manage the work flow. Even the patients waiting to be seen speak highly of Dr Reed and Ashley. Again I’m thankful I found them.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have been seeing Dr. Thomasson at the Lake Mary location for over a year. After two rounds of physical therapy failed to relieve my pain he suggested I have surgery. Saw him on 3/15 to discuss surgery. He sends me for a new innovative CT scan and tells me to wait until April to do it for my May surgery. Go have the CT scan done, pay almost $300 for it, on 4/2, swing by the office to drop the CD off as requested only to be told Dr. Thomasson is no longer with the practice. No one EVER called me to let me know. I was then scheduled with Dr. Reed only to find out from the surgery scheduler who called to tell me that Dr. Thomasson had left that there is no other surgeon in the practice that can do the surgery I was going to have. At the end of the day I am out hundreds of dollars between PT and imaging to have to start over with another practice. Also, unless Dr. Thomasson got fired they all knew when I was there on 3/15 that he was leaving and no one said anything. I will NEVER use this place again and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

Dr. Reed and his staff were amazing. Dr. Reed listened to my concerns and answered all the questions I had at the time. His staff explained the process of the cortisone shot so that I was comfortable. If you need an orthopedic doctor, go see Dr. Reed.

You won’t find anyone better then Dr Reed, in his office for cortisone shots, or at the hospital for a full knee replacement, no post surgery infections either. This guy is the best.

Was very rushed on my initial appointment, seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't have much time to answer questions or discuss options. Additionally they were to call in a prescription that morning, my pharmacy had not received it the following day yet so I called and was told they had "missed" it but would then call it in. Not overly impressed for being a new patient.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reed's for over 25 years. Very caring and kind. Takes the time to listen. Highly recommend.
