Last week 45 minute wait. This week they just announced doctor running an hour behind ended up waiting 2 hours no apology. Now here I sit for my 3rd week in a row still waiting 45 min late and no acknowledgement Suggest you find a doctor who values you as a patient and not just a number. Very frustrating.

Dr. Jeff Sellman, the urgent care/ office staff including Jennifer Becker APRN, Michaela and Jon were so pleasant and knowledgeable! I really appreciate the care I received and I am impressed that such a large office could have such personal treatment.

This review is to express my tremendous and heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Grant Garlick and his team for making my life better. I have had 5 different operations to my left knee from 1986 to present and I have lived with constant pain and swelling. This continuous pain prevented me from doing the things I love. I am now 29 days post op and the complete knee replacement is going tremendously well, I am so surprised and elated. I have full extension and 114 degrees of flexion and only been to PT twice so far. Once again Dr. Grant Garlick and his team has been a God send. May the Lord continue to watch over them and guide their hand in everything they do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Stone is a great surgeon. I have multiple orthopedic problems related to my Air Force career of 23 years. Dr. Stone has performed 5 surgeries on myself. Bilateral (both wrists) carpal tunnel repair, an epacondalectomy for my right forearm, left shoulder joint repair, and repaired/rebuilt damage to both my thumb joints. He is someone you can trust to be reserved and prudent about other treatments before performing surgery. I recommend him to anyone who has ortho problems from the shoulder down. He is a truly caring man.

Very professional hard working personnel.
Even under stressful situations.
To Miss Wendy Roman's
The following employees are an asset to your team.
Yanet.medical assistant and Quiana.front desk.
I was there for awhile and watched Miss Quiana go under fire with several patients and she was cool, calm and very collective.
She waited on the front window as well as answered phone. She multi-tasked very well. As mentioned above she was very professional. She is definitely an asset to your team and with the way the job situations are I feel she deserves recognition. Employees like her are a rarity.

I have used FL Ortho Inst numerous times over the years, but this was the first time using the urgent care facility. Check in was easy, iPad style, X-Ray was quick (yes, finger is broken!), meeting with PA was quick and informative. Highly recommend for real urgent care needs.

Excellent facility. I've been to the Urgent Care side to see Dr. Reina for chiropractic help; he and his staff were awesome. And they sent me to X-ray and MRI, both of which were great. And now I'm going to PT, and they are awesome too (shoutout to Madison and Tyler)

I visited the Citrus Park location once as well as the South Tampa location many times, and had good experiences at both of them. Dr. Alavi is professional, courteous, and understanding. I was very pleased with him, with all of the staff in both locations, and with my total recovery.

Had a great experience here. Was able to get an appointment rather fast, didn't have any extensive wait times, staff was super friendly and helpful.

The surgery center did an excellent job of keeping me informed and comfortable during the pre-op procedure as well as following up with me the next day.

I highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if i could.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Worried more about pushing you out the door to collect payment from their next patient than focus on the needs and well-being of their current patients. My doctor only recommended chiropractors that worked for FL Orthopedic also, which felt again like they had their best interest in mine and not their patient’s. Clearly, FL Orthopedic’s sole focus is their bottom line. I won’t be back.

The ones that do scheduling have absolutely no idea what they are doing make you go through hoops. Schedule than cancel constantly
Make yourife unbearable.

I am so thankful for the care and attention I have received through all the surgical procedures I have had performed by the medical personnel at Florida Orthopaedic Institute. I will not go anywhere else when I have an orthopaedic issue. Recently Dr. Stone performed a left APL Suspensionplasty to my left thumb and wrist to resolve many years of pain. While I am continuing to heal, Dr. Stone, Katie Hanson and their team have done an outstanding job. Empathic, thorough and always answering any and all questions I had both pre and post surgery.

So disorganized! After a consult with Dr Garlick he recommended an MRI to be scheduled on same day as an office visit with him, as to review the MRI during that visit. So I spent 2 days and over 7 hours on the phone contacting MRI scheduler for a date/time who say I need to then contact the doctors scheduler to see if they can match that date…. So I had to keep going back and forth between MRI scheduling and dr.office scheduler to line up an appointment for the same date/time. Finally, after speaking to at least 6 different schedulers I was told “you can’t get an MRI and a doctor visit on the same day: insurance won’t pay for it! ” WTH! It’s absurd that the scheduling department can’t look and see what dates an MRI can be done and match it with a followup visit.

For instance - Mayo Clinic is amazing…. If you call to schedule they can schedule your blood work, an EKG and a doctors appointment all in ONE phone call. Because their system allows them access to multiple departments! Being a new patient and potentially going to have my surgery here—-I had to ask myself. ”what if I need post op care, meds, or needed any followups” - is this what it will be like?
As much as I liked Dr Garlick - I just didn’t feel my needs would be meet post op! They lost my business!
