One of the nicest pawn shops I have been to. A lot of selection for jewelry and general merchandise. Friendly and knowledge staff.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Colin at Florida pawn shop, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by their level of expertise and customer service skills. From the moment I walked into the shop, they greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease.
Throughout the entire process, Colin was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything thoroughly, which helped me feel confident in my decision-making. I appreciated their honesty and transparency, and felt like they truly had my best interests in mind.
But it wasn't just their expertise and knowledge that made this employee stand out - it was their friendly and personable demeanor. They were genuinely interested in getting to know me and my needs, which made the entire experience feel more like a conversation than a transaction.
Overall, I highly recommend this pawn shop and their wonderful employee. They provided exceptional service and made my experience a truly positive one. I will definitely be returning for future business, and I encourage others to do the same!

I arrived 5 minutes to closing and Colin helped me with all smiles! I got the most for my jewelry. They also have really cool stuff I have my eye on! Totally recommended first choice in downtown Hollywood!
