Florida Pest Control is the best! I want to give a special shout out to our technician Neils. Neils is super professional, communicates well and always on time. Everyone at the St Augustine office is wonderful! Another special shout out to Rachel in the office. Rachel is who first got me hooked on using Florida Pest Control and we really appreciate everything she has done for us over the years! I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve been having issues with the company coming on time according to our contract (they skipped a month) and I asked to talk to management. I was promised a phone call from someone over 30 days ago.

Deceptive, dishonest called six times left messages with the folks with the lies we will reach out, never do, they dont care rude nasty folks wont renew my services and suggest all others leave these folks. File complaint with the state as well thismkinda dishonesty and deceptive practices must be stopped.

Customer service has sharply declined. Had a service person come to do a lawn treatment and yet, my home security system never captured him on any of the cameras. After multiple attempts to speak to someone in the office, all I ever get is an answering service telling me they will have someone reach out to me. I’m still waiting. I have been a loyal customer for many years but that doesn’t seem to matter. I would advise anyone looking for a pest control service to not use FPC as they have become missing in action with in-house customer representatives and dishonest when providing the actual service.

DO NOT do business with them! They double billed us and we have to deal with a national call center that can't or won't fix the problem. Now they are threatening to send to collections and go after our credit.

The person came over to give an estimate. I was impressed with what they told my husband. But we had to cancel the first appointment a couple of times. We had other pressing things and we decided since I am a teacher I would schedule the 1st appointment when I was home. We received a call from the collection/billing department for non-payment of services rendered. My husband explained that we canceled all the appointments we made and my husband was told that maybe we weren’t home when the services were provided. We have dogs. There is no way someone would have come in our house. He basically called my husband a liar. Now we received an invoice. I was so impressed with them but now I don’t think I want to do business with them. And if there is a liar it’s the person who said that they came to my house because the first service was supposed to be in the house.

Follow-up matter was not resolved. Spoke to a customer service person who in turn transferred us to Amanda. Amanda is insisting that we had service. Again if the service person stated we received service he is mistaken. We canceled our appointments. There was a problem with the name. James Smith so perhaps there is a confusion. We are not paying for services that were never provided. We canceled everything with Amanda today. We don’t want your services. Thank you but we will move on. Ps: We called last week after I saw the owners post. No one ever got back to us.

Been a long time customer. Since 2009. Two termite bonds and pest control. Their new phone system is impossible to use. You can never get through if you are an existing customer. Just an hour of “your call is important to us”. Tried pushing the new customer prompt to see if I could get a live person. Someone answered immediately but would not help me with my issue. Took my info and phone number to give to termite desk to call me. Three days no one has called. Building a new house and will be looking for a different company.

Technician, Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. Located the problem and treated the area. Cleaned up afterwards.

Our first issue is that when we set appointments with the company, they show up on a totally different day than what was scheduled. Our 2nd issue is that they sprayed out yard and ended up killing a lot of our hedges. Would never use this service again.

We called this pest control company to come assess of house they quoted my husband a time between 1-5pm to come out when 445pm rolled around and we hadn't heard anything from anyone we called to ask if someone was still coming I was kept on hold for Over 20 minutes and all they could tell me is they could reschedule it. Very poor customer service.

When I purchased my home almost a year ago, it came with a termite bond from Florida Pest Control. We renewed our bond towards the end of 2022 in which the company came out and did a thorough termite inspection and no issues were seen. We have recently completed some renovations which included removing the old vinyl siding covering the original block of the house and wood of the addition. On the wood portion, we had some noticeable areas of old termite damage that we repaired but no active infestation noted. However on another area, I was able to identify what appeared to be subterranean termites coming from somewhere when we pulled a piece of rotted wood off the house. I immediately called Florida Pest Control and they were out here within two days. Thomas was the technician and agreed that there was active termites so he scheduled for them to come out and apply a perimeter treatment that will take care of te termites for 20 years. The best part is, the service and treatment is 100% covered under the termite bond. I was very happy to hear that and with how attentive, knowledgeable, and professional Thomas was. On any future needs for pest control in this house or future homes, I will definitely be using and recommending Florida Pest Control.

James always pays attention to details when he does our pest control service. I appreciate the fact that he always checks for and dusts any spiderwebs/cobwebs out of my reach. Very reliable and trustworthy!
