3 It took almost 6 months to get our policy paperwork after they misfiled our policy under their other company, Ehrlich.
Kept getting promised the manager, Jimmy Hill, would call to speak to me/address the issue, but he never did.
Everyone I spoke to was great but they really dropped the ball, and no one from management ever tried to remediate the issue.
FPC holds my termite bond, so there was really never a reason to contact them. That said, a bit of an emergency came up with treatment needed on an addition. Stefanie jumped right on it and made things happen. My emergency became her emergency. An unbelievable level of customer service! Thank you FPC and thank you Stefanie!
