We’ve used this company for years now and never had any issues before they got bought out by another corporate company.
We started a lawn service in May and all was well for a few months, then we started noticing ants in the kitchen so we called and was told it would be $165 for a full inside treatment and inspection, so we booked it. Not even 20 days later we were still having problems with ants, when we called to ask about a quarterly service a representative told us that we had a “30 day guarantee” on that $165 service and that we could call back Monday morning when they opened and speak with a scheduler to have someone come back out before paying the $165 invoice. (Which after 2 months has still not happened) I have on my call log at least 10 times where I’ve called and spoke with someone in the call center ended with a “someone will reach out to you on how to solve this”…. My mom has called probably the same amount of times…. No one ever calls us back to schedule anything. Last time WE called was the week before Thanksgiving and the representative told us that “the manager closed the help ticket and said we’re not coming back out to spray until you pay the original $165 invoice” to which we were never called by so called “manager” to tell us this information! That call ended with another “someone will call you back to schedule a re-spray” it’s been TWO weeks and nothing has been communicated.

Our question is how are companies offering a “guarantee of service” and when you call BEFORE the guarantee period ends (like we were told by the first representative) that we are still responsible for the invoice and the company refuses to come back out and just re-spray?

We signed (and paid for) a one year contract In August. The following May we started getting billed for about 1/4 of the yearly price. Tried calling multiple times but could not connect with anyone. Paid the invoice anyway thinking “We will straighten this out sometime and I don’t want a ding on my credit and do want to keep service”. Huge mistake. It’s now November. I have been able to talk to several humans, they keep assuring me that all is good and my account is up to date. Yet, I still have received any service. More importantly, I still am getting billing statements regarding payments I’ve already made and of course the threats of collection.

They are great! Can call them with an issue and they will be out as soon as they can to treat wherever you may need.

I have utilized this company for over 10 years for both termite inspection/bond and inside pest control. I recently needed them to address a possible termite infestation. They now have a centralized answering procedure. It took 5 calls over a week to finally have a technician call me back and then come to my home. He looked at the possible termite damage and said he would call me back the next day with a report. 8 days later I had not heard from him and again had to call the answering service in an attempt to make contact. He finally did respond and said "you have a type of termite that is not covered by your policy. " He did not give further explanation or propose a treatment plan.
I would strongly suggest that no one enter into any service contract with this organization.

We had someone come out to treat our spider issue. Our spider issue has gotten significantly WORSE since they treated. Absolutely do not hire this company.

This used to be a great local company that was bought out by a national brand Ever since the buyout we now have to call a call center and wait on hold for 40 minutes to get a representative. We have also recently started receiving invoices for properties that our not ours. Cancelling our account with them continues to be a nightmare. Even after cancelling we received new invoices for properties that are not ours. Its a shame, our business spends about $10,000 on termite pre-treatments per year. Guess that wasn't enough for Florida Pest. We have taken our business elsewhere.
