Florida Pest Control

My experience with Florida Pest Control has been nothing but bad news from the start, their customer service is a disaster. I was schedule for service on October 25 on the morning, I waited from 8: 00am to 12: 00pm, the service man didn't make it and did not call me to cancel the appointment. As a result, I have no other option to cancel the contract with them. I don't recommend FLORIDA PEST CONTROL.

Their customer service is quick and great. Jim services our store regularly and he always makes sure to pay attention to the areas we have issues with and always knows what to use for the situation. He’s very friendly and accommodating. Easy to recommend them to anyone.

Similar to other reviews I have been receiving unsolicited letters, technician visits, and now a bill with no description of services rendered. I have already turned away a technician and told them to stop contacting me and as such have had no services performed at my house. Or worse, the technician accessed my property when nobody was present and I have given no authorization! When I tried to follow up on this phony bill, I can't access the website login and am prompted with a form so the business can call me. Absolute scam, stay far away.

I have tried to contact this place to come to residence for an inspection, but no one answers the phone or responds to emails. I'm just about done, and I have a maintenance agreement with this place. If I don't hear from them tomorrow I'm going to tell them to cancel my agreement and pay me back the difference.

Not sure what to say about Florida Pest Control except STRANGE. They started mailing, emailing, and calling months in advance of the actual yearly inspection expiration. Then, for some EXTREMELY ODD REASON, they started sending service technicians to my house that I never scheduled. The person would call my cell phone and tell me to open my gate so they can inspect my house. Then I would get another call from a "manager" saying the same thing. ISSUE: I live in a rural area on 15 acres with horses that are roaming the property so I schedule everything. I'm never going to open my gate to someone I never scheduled. PROBLEM: This happened at least five (5) times in the past month and even after I scheduled an inspection appointment. WTH is going on with this company? Why would you send a technician out to a person's home and blatantly lie about a scheduled appointment? And then keep doing it over and over to the same person? I guess the person running the company is lacking good business and common sense. I will no longer be a customer of Florida Pest Control after 18 years.

Always come on time and deal with the issue so I don’t have to! Been using them for years!

Everyone I've dealt with are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Excellent service. My home stays pest free.

ZERO STARS They charge you for coming down, when they don't come down. They said they did the outside because they couldn't do the inside. We didn't hire them to do the outside. We hired them to do the inside. For 2 years they were coming down, now all of a sudden, they can't come inside. Not to mention they don't come down when they are supposed to come down.

I have been a customer for years, well over a decade in Celebration Florida. Customer service was great. I would call, Bianca would answer the phone schedule all, Carlos or Cindy would come to my house and treat it for pests. FPC has gone to phone prompts, computer answering and new employees who are not trained properly. I can't get a person who knows what they are doing. I scheduled an appointment they don't show and say the appointment for pest control doesn't exist. Absolutely abysmal from where it was. Straighten your problems out or I will hire a local pest service not affiliated with you or Heron etc.to service my home and bait termites myself. Again, I have been a customer for over a decade. You are failing!
