My doctor was Dr Michael Fallucco, he perform a breast reduction and I’m very happy with the results, my appointments were right on time, he answer all my questions and my breast look a lot better than expected. I recommend him 100%

I really can not say enough about how AMAZING my experience was with Dr. Falluco and the entire staff at FPSG! Dr. Falluco is so genuine and kind, he listened in detail to all of my cares and concerns and made sure to answer every single question I had without making me feel awkward or uncomfortable (I had previously visited a different plastic surgery office in JAX and had a terrible consultation). I felt completely at ease knowing he would be preforming my surgery. I wanted a very specific look for my breast augmentation and Dr. Falluco did not disappoint! My breasts look perfectly proportional to my body and are the exact size I dreamed of. I want to also note that my recovery was so fast, I experienced virtually no pain and I’m currently 6 weeks post op and my scars almost gone! Consultation went great. Very informative and attentive staff. Surgery also went great and Dr. Falluco did an amazing job. I initially told him what I wanted during consultation. The center where my surgery was performed was also amazing. Their bedside manner and ability to put me ar ease and relaxed before surgery is something that definitely deserves praise. Dr. Falluco's attention to detail has me beyond excited. He didn't just do the bare minimum. He is an artist. I'm so pleased with my results. He exceeded my expectations and I'm eager to heal to show off my results.

Dr. Parks is truly fantastic. I had three procedures including surgery on my face. I showed him pictures of what I wanted and he was able to help me get the desired results. My results are perfect. I always came into the office with questions ready for him on my phone. He always sits down and answers my questions making me feel like he is not rushing to move on. His nurse mentioned that he is an artist when I was at the surgery center and she is right. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and answered my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Parks if you are interested in any procedure. My only regret is not doing these surgeries long ago.

Dr Fallucco was amazing! He is an artist of the body. I gave him total creative freedom, and he picked the perfect sized implants for my body shape and size. Once the surgery was done, I realized how much I really needed it. Even the skin under my arms and in my back is tighter and more firm. If I had to choose to do this again or not, I would choose to do it 100%!

Dr. Fallucco is amazing, compassionate and professional. He is a surgeon who truly cares and wants the best results for his patients. I had keloids after my mastectomy. He explained my options, came up with a plan, managed my expectations and eased my concerns. I highly recommend him.

I’m giving it a 4 star because when I first went in I advised what I wanted they did do what I asked but it wasn’t 100% to my liking once I advised them of that they wanted me to pay for another surgery when I’ve already gave almost 8k of my money now I have to pay another 4K to fix what I still don’t like. I really think it’s unfair but it was explained to me how everything works based on paperwork but I still think if I’m not satisfied it should be taken care of, Other than that Dr. Falluco is amazing the staff is amazing surgery went well I would recommend them

I hate to give a 3 star review but even that is generous. This is no way reflects the attention to detail, care, compassion that Dr. Fallucco exhibited. I’m very pleased with my surgical outcome. I do thank Dr. Fallucco for the care he has given and his work speaks for itself. I wish I could rate him personally he would be given 5 stars.
On the flip side, the team and staff that run the office is the worst managed I have ever experienced. The office manager, Brandi, has the rudest, most aggressive personality. She did not care to listen to my concerns or answer questions. She was a delight when collecting my money but could care less about me after. I felt like a number when working with her in any matter. Most of the front desk and phone staff promised to give a call back or to follow up but I never heard back from them. I had to constantly call to get answers or remind them I was still waiting (days sometimes) for a call back.
There were other minor things over time which left me feeling as though I was the patient that kept “falling through the cracks”. I never felt important or cared for by the staff.
On a positive note, most of the clinic staff and personal assistants were kind but forgot to follow through or complete things. From an outsider looking in.this style of practice exemplifies an over packed schedule and over worked staff. There is no way for a practice to be thorough if they are over booked, over worked, or even understaffed. This COULD be the #1 place patients referral others to if only they showed more patient care and thoroughness.

Dr. Fallucco is a great surgeon! He was very professional and exceeded my expectations! Also, the entire staff is so friendly and kind.

I have had the best experience. He and his staff made a scary situation of dealing with breast cancer bearable. Dr. Falluco and his staff are amazing!

After being diagnosed with DCIS and told I would need a Mastectomy followed by reconstruction on my right breast. I was overwhelmed by all the options of reconstruction surgery. Dr. Desai explained to me that DIEP flap reconstruction immediately followed by mastectomy is the right option for me. His professionalism and confidence as a surgeon immediately put my mind at ease. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Desai as my reconstructive surgeon. The surgery went as planned. I recovered after two and half weeks and was able to resume my work and my other favorite activities such as cooking. The two breasts match so well like the mastectomy never happened. Because of the excellent skills of Dr. Desai I never had to experience the trauma of mastectomy. I feel so lucky to have him as my surgeon.

I am so happy with my experience here! My breast augmentation was 1 week ago and I just had my first post op appointment today. I am already so happy with my results and was surprised at how easy recovery has been. I highly recommend using Dr. Fallucco. He made me feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job!
