Very happy to have spoken with Denise Palet about a leak situation in my apartment who took my problem seriously and with a lot responsibility, she didn't take long to send someone to give an evaluation of the work to be done and I am just waiting for the approval of the board, hope it will be soon. I was having a lot of issues with the other management company and since they had change to Fpms all my accounting issues have been answer. Elizabeth at front desk was polite, and was able to direct me to the right department, I love that all the documents are online. Keep up the good work.

By far the worst management company I have dealt with as a contractor. My client has been waiting on them for weeks in order to repair her home and they are totally disinterested, never answer, never return a call and just all around incompetent.

Absolutely horrible working with these people. Please hire a staff that is capable of answering questions. This is absurd and never ever do I recommend this "managament"

I wanted to give a really big shout out to Hanna over at Florida property management solutions. I'm a lender and reached out to her in the 11th hour needing some information in order for us to be able to close the next day. The normal turn times for these items are typically as long as 10 days. I sent my request around 5 PM the prior day and she went above and beyond by getting me the items I needed first thing in the morning that very next day. Thank you again Hannah!

Worst HOA I have ever lived in my entire life, they have a company that boots vehicles and in less than 6 months i have been booted 4 times and had to pay 65 dollars each time for a grand total of 260 dollars. The rules are so blurred and when you call the office to ask permission to park in certain areas they direct you to the parking enforcement who then in turn direct you to the association saying they have no power over the rules. It's a he sad she said game and no one wants to take responsibility over anything. The parking boot company is the worst company rude workers who will hang up the phone on you mid conversation rude workers who will even yell at you then deny it asking if you have any proof of the call. All around worst HOA I've lived in my entire life and I can't wait to move out of here. I live in the silver palm HOA in the 33170 ZIP code.

I went to the office and was greeted by Deyi Zeledon, she is an amazing person very kind and knowledgeable, she did help me resolve all my issues. I’m usually skeptical about going to management companies because the customer service is not always the best but Deyi really put me at ease, she is very courteous and professional. I recommend Florida Property Management Solutions, they do take care of their clients needs

I was assisted by Hannah Pernia in getting an estoppel and a following update and turn around time was great! She was also very responsive with emails. It's more often than not a headache dealing with property management but this experience was fast and smooth. Much appreciated!

Not very good people didn’t recognize what’s going on in the world nowadays they don’t appreciate what they have and they make people suffer because they have an association

I am normally not one to write reviews but this one is much needed. I am a first time apartment-renter and I used to have a negative connotation for homeowner associations, but with this company and their employees, I have had such an amazing experience! I was in constant communication with Ms. Joanes Pernia and wow the way she helped me along the way was incredible. She always responded immediately via email, she thoroughly explained everything to me, was willing and able to answer ALL of my questions, and most importantly, she was extremely patient with my constant emails. Never gave me attitude nor did she make me feel undermined. I am in the legal field so I had many questions about many things throughout the entire process and Ms. Pernia was always there to answer and not give me the "run-around" as a first time renter, I can genuinely say that FPMS has outstanding employees that display distinguishable professionalism and kindness. Thank you very much FPMS for making my first time experience truly one to remember as being easy and thorough!:)
