This is apparently the only Company that will come take care of House Wells. Omg! Again they have taken care of my houses needs for fresh water. I've worked with Fla Pump in my business and my house for over 25 years. Professionalism you can count on now and in the years to come. TY for getting my water going on a Saturday. And David's Professionalism showed.

Excellent maintenance service, David covered all aspects of Professional service, he replaced parts and quickly had the well pumping clean water in a short period of time.

Charlie is a truly knowledgeable and very professional technician, in fact everyone I spoke with at Florida Pump provided great customer service. I am thankful we found Florida Pump and I will continue to use them as well as reefer them to everyone. In fact, everyone who hasn’t used Florida Pump is losing out and probably paying more money needlessly. My only regret is I can not give Charles and
Florida Pump a 6-star rating, due to the fact they only go up to 5-stars.

Charles quickly diagnosed the problem and brought my pump back on line in the middle of tropical storm rains. Also repaired my emergency alarm indicator which has been out for years. Great job!

Around 11 our water pump failed and we had no water. By 2 we were up and running again thanks to Adam. He was great

Adam came today on a holiday weekend and was amazing. He diagnosed the problem with our well pump, and got us up and running in no time. Great guy and great job! Will definitely use Florida Pump Service again!

Adam and Gene came to our home a week ago to find a leak at our well. They both worked very hard to determine were the well was leaking and repaired it for us. Our well had been repaired before by others who evidently did a sloppy job. Thanks to both Gene and Adam our repair has been completed properly. Will recommend them to anyone who needs a professional job.

Florida Pump Service responded quickly to my urgent pump repair request. Charles was the technician and he is super! I thought I needed a new pump but he checked the pump, replaced a starter capacitor and added a pressure gauge for just a little more than the cost of a service call (He easily could have said I needed a new pump for about $800!)
He was knowledgeable, fast and able to explain the working aspects of the pump so I better understood what to monitor in the future. Their regular service call cost is less than other pump repair companies. Florida Pump Service is a "First Class" company and I highly recommend them. In my experience, you will get fast and honest service at a very reasonable cost!

This company sent out two technicians yesterday to my home. They replaced an effluent pump in my system. The two workmen, Gene and Josh, were very professional. I would highly recommend this company and service to any of my friends and family.

Gene from Florida Pump Services came out to check our pump which was not working properly since the night before. He not only fixed the problem but performed a second bi-annual inspection to make sure everything checked out ok. He discovered our aerator wasn’t filling properly and was clogged which was causing us to have dirty water. We are scheduling to have it cleaned and can’t thank Gene enough for his help. He was efficient, professional, and very thorough!

Very helpful. They tested my starter capacitor for me, which tested bad. Only cost me $23 for a new one and it fixed my pump motor.

I paid $125 on Jan 9,2020 for Florida Pump to perform an inspection on the aerator and well pumps on the house I was about to purchase. The inspection document said "the aerator was clean". Ever since closing, I've had a strong sulphur (rotten egg) smell in my water ever since moving into the home. I hired a company after I bought the home to check out the sulphur smell. The aerator has brown sludge at the bottom of it and I'm told that is the source of the sulphur smell in the water. If Florida Pump had done a proper inspection, I would have asked Seller to clean the aerator before closing. Now, I'm having to pay to have the aerator flushed and cleaned. I'm wondering if the inspector even opened up the aerator and looked inside? The brown sludge on bottom of aerator tank is very visible. I'm not happy as I don't feel that Florida Pump performed a proper inspection.

Woke up and didn't have water. Wife told me it has been out since the night before. She called Florida Pump Service and the earliest was the next day. We went ahead and scheduledelete it. We got a call a couple of hours that the service person finished a job early and would be here in 30-35 minutes. Got here a diagnosis was a bad pressure switch. They replaced it, the pressure guage, and added air to the water pressure tank. Will I call them again? Oh heck yes. This is a great company with a great staff. It was great dealing with them.

Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable technicians. Top Quality service for a fair price. Do not mess around with other well/pump companies, call Florida Pump and get it fixed right the first time. Charles was amazing!

I am DONE with American Well and Irrigation thanks to Florida Pump. I was trying to reach the other guys for weeks and gave up. I had a window from 1 to 4, Gene from Florida Pump came out at 1: 20, showed me what was wrong, fixed it at a reasonable price and reasonable time frame. All good things for this company!

If you need any kind of pump service for a well or anything pump related. Use these guys, They came out to the house and just took care of business. I will be using them for the rest of my life.
