Florida Quality Fence did an amazing job with our new fence. It was a two-day job that included removing an old wood fence and taking down a tree limb that was in the way (tree limb was extra work we were not charged for). Adolfo and the other gentleman, whose name I did not get, were punctual and put in 10+ hour days; I don’t think I ever saw them break for lunch. Due to unexpected delays at the dump and an unavoidable broken irrigation pipe (which they fixed), the work was finished later into the evening of the second day and we wound up missing a Christmas concert at a local church. After explaining the situation, they were gracious enough to reimburse us for those tickets. Also big thanks to Gaby, Vinny, Mark and the office staff for all their help during the process. They truly care about their clients.

Having moved into a new development in St. Cloud. I quickly realized the need for an outdoor vinyl fence for privacy and security. I first contacted a well-known company that had constructed fences for a few homes by me. Their sales rep showed up to measure the area and provided a proposal. He went through a twenty-minute PowerPoint presentation with me in my garage while it was 95 degrees to show me all the options available. Based on that presentation, my wife decided to make style changes related to the options presented. After that, even after reaching out to him, I never again heard back from the sales representative from that company, leaving me scratching my head as that scenario benefited no one. I then reached out to another local company. Their representative came out, walked the property without taking any notes or providing a proposal, and then he never got back to me as well. I had never experienced anything like this in my 30 years as a homeowner.

I then saw the Florida Quality Fence team doing a project in the neighborhood. I briefly met with one of their workers who handed me a card and said to “ask for Fabian. ” I called to schedule an appointment and their sales manager Fabian showed up to walk and plot out the yard, discuss options and recommendations with me, and submit a proposal which was slightly below what I had received to date. A week later, Fabian came back for my signed contract (and my wife did have another change with the style of the back fencing facing a pond, and Fabian just made note of the change without hesitation.)

FQF did the schematic of the job for me to submit to our HOA, and they then oversaw the permit needed for the installation. On the date I selected, his two-man team showed up in the morning and, after discussing all with me, began to work. They worked quickly, but taking the time to ensure that the job was being done in the least intrusive manner and according to code. They had one question about the property line and got Fabian on the phone for him and me to discuss before moving forward based on my preference. They did an excellent job and completed the project in that one day, which was a pleasant surprise after seeing a number of fence contractors come back to projects for second, third and even more days before completion.

In the end, FQF management and on-site team made what was becoming a challenging and frustrating project for me into a simple, quality project that exceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend them for your fence projects.

They were not professional and gave wrong information. A lot of photos on the site is fake and copied from other companies and most of the good reviews are fake. They lie to everyone. I highly don't recommend this companie.

We needed to replace a small wooden fence surrounding our pool pump and equipment area with a new vinyl fence. I got 3 quotes from competing companies and ultimately went with Florida Quality Fence for a few reasons. The salesman was kind and respectful of our property, showed up in a timely manner, measured accurately according to our requirements, and gave us a fair price for labor and materials given the size of the project. I could tell that the employees of this company really cared about us as customers which is something that’s hard to come by nowadays.

Once we agreed to move forward they took the reigns, filled out the HOA paperwork for us, pulled the Orange County permit without charging me extra, called the utility companies to mark the ground, and set up an install date as soon as all that was wrapped up. They literally handled everything and followed up with me along the way to let me know how things were progressing.

The guys who came out to install the fence were just as kind and respectful of our property. They measured accurately and cleaned up after they were done. I couldn’t believe how wonderful the new fence looks.

I would recommend this company 1000 times over for providing not just a quality product, but making the whole process so smooth.

Excellent work and very courteous fence installers. A small job, 5 foot gate, so a bit pricey as there was a minimum. However they did my larger job several months ago and I would definitely use Florida Quality Fence again

Out of the handful of companies I reached out to, they called back, came when they said they would and did a great job with my metal posts and wood panel fence. Good over all experience.

The folks in the main office were very responsive and great at handling the necessary HOA and county paperwork. Very, very grateful for them taking that extra step for me. Vini in the office made sure I was kept up to date through the entire process start to finish. Come installation day, the old fence was replaced with a new vinyl fence in a matter of hours.
