If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would.im not sure who i spoke to when i finally could reach someone when i called this firm.i was disconnected with after pointing out that the representative was rude while cutting me off repeatedly.i had one simple legal question i was told this firm could answer directly by the BARTOW COURTHOUSE.i cannot imagine myself ever needing legal consultation here ever again.this was absolute ignorance and abysmal behavior.

They were no help at all and the lawyer didn't seem to have any knowledge to be able to help me with my situation. I was very disappointed in their services.

This is horrible dealing with tenant and landlord issues 1st attorney I received was in relations to the landlord 2nd attorney that took my case is no longer apart of the firm. 3rd attorney shows no care or doesn’t even call explain things didn’t ask to meet to show all proof of recordings and documentation barely got in contact with me. Judge denied my hearing I did everything accordingly! I feel as if the judge & attorneys all in relation. I swear this is like a movie. I can’t believe what happened! Greg Hendrix and Ayesha Hendrix who are Landlords I have a recording of being threatened and them knowing people. NOW I SEE DEFINITELY WONT GET AWAY WITH THIS. This firm is the worst!

If I could have given ZERO STARS I would! I called this number just to ask how the processed works and was given short answer and was cut off over and over before I could even finish my question! I then asked what was her name again and she stated she never gave it so I ask can I have it and she said no it's 8 or 9 of us that answers the phone! The reason I needed her name was to make a complaint not to ever talk with her again! So I asked one more time and she hung up now after calling back 2x my call went right to voice-mail which it has never done that before it gives me the option to leave one or stay on hold so I'm sure it was her by seeing my number calling back! Such rude services

Called this place a week ago. They claimed someone will call back. They never did. Won't answer their phones or return messages. When they do pickup the phone, they disconnect it. Is this a real light place? They took my info over a week ago and still no response. Lady who answered the phone was not very professional either. Something don't feel too well about this place.

Never seam to be able to help us they "transferred" me once had to wait all over again this happened several times the last time I tried to contact them they literally just hung up on me

In 2016 I hired Florida rural to help me with an eviction we got money to pay utilities from Alfie. The landlord Amir, livable solutions. They hooked electric up and the water. Inspector came to the house after I had paid to paint the house had electric worked on because a wall had extensive termites damage were the breaker box was located. At that time I didn't know that the man that done the work didn't have a license to do it. Anyway I've got $1,500 or more in that house that is supposed to cost $600 a month that evening they came and done an inspection it didn't pass they turned electric back off we lived there for 7 months without electricity the man came and threatened to put me on the street within 48 hours with my handicap mother. I paid him another $600 Florida rural let that man take everything I had of my mother's and she died 7 months later from a severe UTI. I consider this an open homicide case. Now I have a housing voucher that is just about to expire because I still have an eviction notice on me from this case September 8th it would come off my record my voucher will be gone.

I have the best opinion of the workers in this center.
The lawyer Ms. Freida W. Smith, her dedication was excellent.
Mrs. Maria Karlberg was the one who received me, from the first moment she treated me in the best way, excellent for me too,

Worse customer service ever. Who ever answered the phone answered just by saying "hello? ! ". Afterwards, she yelled over the phone repeatedly saying, "I can't help you. " And, I didn't even tell her what help I needed. When I continued to share because this company was listed on the IRS website for people who needed assistance, she cut me off again yelling, "No, I can't help you. " Very rarely do I ever write reviews even when I've been treated poorly, but people need to know that office in Lakeland, is trash. Trash, trash, trash.
