The whole staff here is super friendly and awesome! Everyone truly takes pride in what they do. I did some microneedling sessions with Donna in particular, and wow does she do a great job. She is super knowledgeable and is super delightful to work with. She’s always happy to answer questions and brings an amazing positive attitude to the work she does.

The worse front desk people. It took them over two hours to verify insurance benefits while waiting in the office. Their excuses were that they were checking in other patients. We even called few days prior the appointment to give them the new insurance information and with all that We still had to wait over two hours on the day of appointment. It was ridiculous. No coordinación at all!

I had the most pleasant experience here! Friendly staff and everything was made simple. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Clean facility! DR. Shirisha Vallarapu was great. At check out we had Lidiana Who was also so helpful with all our needs. Highly recommend them!

All employees are ready to assist with a smile.from the front desk to Dr. Badia. Donna Parady is one of the licensed Aestheticians.she is amazing! Her facials are top notch. 5 stars is not enough!

I've been seeing Dr. Demi for about a year now, she is very informative, very kind, genuine, made me feel like she is like a sister or cousin of mine who is really concerned and just giving me the facts. She makes sure you understand, she doesn't pressure you or give off any bad vibes, you don't feel alone or you don't leave wishing you would have asked this or done that instead, no regrets.:) I took her advice after waiting a few months with my condition, I could not control it on my own just like she had said.so I went back and we picked up right where we left off. She wasn't upset that I had waited, she understood my anticipation. Now I go 2x a week for light therapy and I feel good about it, I'm going onto my 5th one and they all make it so simple when I come, they are all so sweet and polite and professional. I have not seen or met 1 rude person, I have not had any issues, the waiting area is never too crowded and I never wait long. When I call, I get help quickly and easily. They remind me of my appointments in a text message the day before, I highly recommend this place. This is the 3rd skin doctor I have been referred to in my 32 years of living in swfl and like they say, 3rd times a charm!

I had an excellent experience at Florida Skin Center with Dr. Shirisha and her wonderful assistants. I went in for my first time getting Juvederm lip fillers. I felt safe, all my questions were answered and felt full transparency from Dr. Shirisha. I highly recommend.

Dr. Badia is wonderful. She’s professional and patient. The office staff is courteous and the wait time short. I found Dr Badia in 2002 and only left because my insurance was not accepted anymore. After years of using several other dermatologists I checked and found my insurance was now accepted by them and happily returned. They are still the best!

Florida Skin center staff was very nice and helpful, and the Medical Assistant and the ARNP were very helpful with information that I needed.
