Florida Skin Center - Punta Gorda

I loved the service that was given to me. The doctor explained everything that was being done. I've been to other dermatologist, but none compare to this Center. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology to anyone who has any skin problems. Thank you for the awesome service you gave me as well as my husband.

I don’t leave review for the most part, but the lack of organization having a lamp come within an inch of hitting me really struck me as unprofessional. Not only did the appointment get off to a rocky start, the aesthetician having been made aware of my acne extracted them to the point of leaving scarring. Dissatisfied experience, I won’t be going back again

My wife treated to setup an appointment for. Surgery and the service is poor they don’t having Spanish language and some days during the week are closing and if they taking the call are disoriented.

Ruby Trujillo is absolutely wonderful, she is very patient and explains my conditions and treatments thoroughly. She always listens to my concerns and my skin has been healing beautifully with her treatment and expertise.

Scheduled an appointment with the PA for a suspect spot as the doctor only does surgeries from what I was told. I received a VM that my appointment was cancelled because PA was going to be out on vacation. I called back and encountered a rather rude office person. Based on the encounter I decided not to trust this practice with my care. I can't speak to the quality of medical care but customer service skills are lacking.

Very satisfying visit. The staff are wonderful and the technicians and doctor are very professional and through. I would highly recommend Advanced Dermatology.

The personal and professional service is a breath of fresh air. All my needs were met and it was a very painless experience.

I made appointment with Dr. V. I was seen by a very competent PA but not who I made an appointment with. We left Advanced Dermatology for same reason. They then bought Dr V’s practice. Go figure.

Ruby is the most caring dermatologist that I have ever seen. She has had good recommendations for the purpura on my arms and legs. She and her team are the greatest!

I still have stitches to take out they've been in for over two weeks no call backs change changing appointment without letting me know not making new appointments lack of communication I'm willing to go to three offices Fort Myers Cape Coral and Punta Gorda

From the time we walked in until we left, the staff was prompt, courteous and professional. Every action was explained and we were asked if we had any questions. The front office was quick to handle scheduling. Sandra and Shana were a great team in the exam room. We will be back and refer friends there.

I can't give this establishment 5 stars UNTIL they improve their "patient portal" process. WHEN I am allowed access, (locked out repeatedly), there is virtually no way of downloading previous health records to create a little valuable history allowing their medical staff to perhaps write drug prescriptions that won't be harmful to your health condition. A far, far cry from the health databases in the NorthEast. Not even close. But, that is another matter. The medical staff here, led by Dr. Chetan Vedyvas, is focused on delivering excellent care. Dr. Vedyvas credentials are impressive, (5 years at top ranked Massachusetts General Hospital is a huge plus) and he has a down to earth manner putting patients completely at ease. Ruby Trujillo, his PA, is a dedicated, thorough professional taking time with her patient appointments, answering all questions. The support staff is always been warm, friendly and helpful.

This was the best Dermatologist visit my husband and I experienced. The amazing ladies at the desk. Extremely friendly, professional, and detail oriented.

Appointments on time. Offer of water or juice was great on a hot day. Great Health questionnaire. The actual exam was thorough and informative.

I went to the Florida Skin Center at 329 E. Olympia Ave.in Punta Gorda, FL. I saw Dr. Chetan Vedvyas. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a clinic. Everyone from the front office to nurses and assistants to the doctor were incredible. The doctor and assistants explained every step in the process as well as educated me regarding my type of skin cancer and the procedure itself. I would highly recommend this office.it is one of the best!
