I have been a patient of Florida Skin Center for a while. I have had several spots removed, no problem. This last time I was examined and had several spots removed. When I can back to have the stitches removed. I asked them just to look at a spot on my ear that they already looked at just to make sure I don't need additional attention. They told me even though I was already in the exam room be attended to that they would have to charge me another $35.00 copay if they simply looked at the spot again. Are you kidding me. That's how you treat your customers. What happened to customer service? Now they want me to schedule another appointment. Yes I am making another appointment only thing is it is with ANOTHER Dermatologist Florida Skin Center you nickeled and dimed your client to go to someone else. Thumbs DOWN for this place. Go somewhere else.

Took way too long to be seen at an 8am appointment. They did not send the prescription into the pharmacy and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of the office to fix it. After being transferred to three different offices and being hung up on, I’m hoping that it is fixed. Oh yeah, I was able to post this while waiting for the issue with the prescription to be rectified.

This place is a rip off. The day of the treatment, I wanted to do selfpay. I was told my selfpay rate was $308 in total. I was talked into using my insurance, since it would only be $284 on my side.now 2 months later I was charged an extra $155, because the insurance didn’t pay them the full sum they billed them. Now after talking to them in person they refused to give me the original selfpay rate and insist on that the selfpay rate would have been $455 in the first place.

Feedback for the treatment: I was there for 3 things. One thing needed to be cut out - that was done fine (btw.another $122,88 for biopsy on top) and 2 spots were supposed to be freezed. One of the spots is still there - obviously froze right next to it.

Had an appointment on Friday for my son's hand, was diagnosed and given a prescription. His hand actually got 10x worse over the weekend, called Monday am and by 4 pm never got a return call. Finally Tuesday was able to speak and see someone again to be told a different diagnose and different prescription. A lot of money wasted, I feel should of been discounted something.

I have been a patient of Brooke Drew since I moved to Florida eight years ago. She always listens to my concerns and offers me choices in terms of treatment. I am always in an out in a timely fashion. And the scheduling department is always very friendly and helpful. I have recommended her to many friends and they all agreed that she is wonderful.

Well, it was great sadness that I write this review. This used to be my favorite doctors office to go to. They were very friendly, very polite, they were always on time, most of the time they were early, and they always took good care of me. I schedule an appointment for 7: 50 AM so that I could still make it to work on time. When I arrived, I noticed that the waiting room was full of old people, that’s never a good sign at 7: 40 in the morning. When I walked up to the desk I said why is she crowded today? She said yes we’ve been bought out by a new group and we have more providers so it’s getting quite busy here. I said, OK no worries as long as you guys see me on time and I can make it to work on time we’re good. Yep, they did the same thing that every other doctors office in the world does to us. At 8: 05. I decided that I needed to get going so I could get to work on time because they hadn’t seen me yet, and when I approached the front desk, she said well I’m sorry they’re running a little behind. I asked how can they be running behind when you opened at 7: 30? And you have more providers? That makes no sense at all. But once again, a good doctors office bought by a big company that will now ruined the customer service that they used to give. Sad, sad. Sad!

The people were nice, but I can’t say they were professional in any way. I asked them to run my insurance and they assured me I would be just responsible for my copay. Well, they sent me $1000+ bill and are asking that I pay it? Billing department is horrible, never returns your call after several attempts still nothing. Very unethical business practice going on here. Of course I will not be paying the bill, due to their misinformation and unprofessionalism. Don’t go here, look elsewhere from here & advanced dermatology, you’ll be glad you stayed away.

I've been a patient of Dr. Badai for many years now. Always pleasant and helpful staff. Always on time with appointments.

I had a stubborn pre cancer on my Cheek, that wasn't improving with nitrogen treatments. Brooke prescribed Imiquid creme to be used for 3 weeks. SUCCESS! The precancers on my face are completely gone.

I went in reluctantly because my issues were very minor and wondered if I really needed to see a skin doctor, at all. The PA that checked me out assured me that I did the right thing. I was so happy with the care and call it love that was extended from the front office thru to the examination room by all the employees, that I was really happy that my wife talked me into going to this office.

The doctors and assistants are great, but the business office does not answer the phone. Asked for a copy of bill day of visit. Told it would be emailed to me same day. A week later, now on day 2 of trying to get someone on the phone to email me something and tired of being left rotting on hold with elevator music. Please get it together or I will go somewhere else.

I have never seen a service so poorly done and without consideration, they are not professional and they destroyed my face badly I will sue this company, don't go there they just want to know about money

The staff is always friendly and the doctors are always very thorough. I've referred a few people here because of how great of a job they do addressing my concerns.

Excellent dermatologist and staff! Was treated professional and with care! They all treated me my wife and two children the same day and as quick as possible. The whole team was welcoming and understanding.

Dr. Badia was so caring and helpful. They have a super clean, beautiful office. Everybody from the front desk to the medical assistants were friendly and kind

Able to make appt for next day. Was provided care that solved my problem. Referred family to office due yo availability and professionalism.

We have been long term patients of Florida Skin Center - since 2000. Our whole family goes there. We always feel welcomed, never rushed and like being able to go to both locations. Recently, Brook did an amazing job clearing up my youngest daughters acne!

Once they merged with a bigger company it is impossible to call and speak to someone in the cape coral office directly. This used to be very inviting, caring and detailed business to visit (the best for dermatologist needs) now its not a place I will go back to or recommend. Same thing happened at Cambio.so look elsewhere.
