13I just moved here a few months ago and now I work for Florida Skyline Management. I really like working here, because the management team and my coworkers are awesome and I also enjoy my job.
As a banker, I have worked with this company for years! They are very reputable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
The Florida Skyline Management team provides great service! They are constantly looking for ways to grow and improve. Recently, they made some updates to their website, which has made a significant difference. Paying rent, submitting work orders, and accessing information have become much more convenient!
Honestly it makes sense why all of the employees left this horrific facility. Most of them didn’t bother looking my way or respecting what I had to say! I was surprised my the manger as well
Personnel working there treat people as idiots for no reason. They have poor communication skills and should learn how to treat their customers.

Unresponsive, 50$ fee for expediting a fee which by the way is not guaranteed, forcing me and the landlord to push back move in days, waiting for a company to say "yes", what is the point of HOA?
I had to edit this review. Skyline Management was the only HOA to give me and my family a chance to prove we are not the sum of our past mistakes. The waiting period is brutal and I didn't want to pay 50$ to expedite the application. If I would have known they would approve us I would have paid it. Thank you Skyline for being willing and open minded enough to give me a chance. I only wish I would have applied sooner so that we didn't run out of time waiting and rent another house. Thanks again.

Florida Skyline customer service team is amazing. Easy to communicate with and they truly do the best to satisfy our needs. I sent an email with an issue I was having and the response was very quick.
I’ve had no issues with the company, they were willing to work with me and provide me with simple and easy service. I would recommend this company for anyone.
As an agent, I will never work with this company again. They dragged my client through the ringer over a small and ill-equipped studio only to go with another offer. It should be noted that time was of the essence.
Embarrassing company to do any type of business with. Stick to companies with proven track records, who represent bona fide, well kept, and clean listings.
A poor quality service charged me $400 dollars for an application that didn't work. They didn't give me my money back! Stay on alert
It is a nightmare dealing with Skyline Management. This HOA ask for so much personal information, you would think you are applying for a CIA and FBI job. I did not had to provide this amount of information for my current government job. Skyline Management seems very shady. You can never speak with anyone that is processing your application. Everything is done by email and you do not get confirmation response for days and if you do get a response, the information is vague. They ask you to email all your personal information and it is as if the documents you submit is going into a blackhole. The management team keep them selves very concealed. Talk about shady and they want more of your personal info than the FBI. My advise is to seek a rental in a community with a different HOA. Unless you enjoy frustration and rude/non-existent customer service and nightmare senarios. No one in this company understands what customer service is. Management thinks self-praising is customer service. Mediocrity is the norm at Skyline Management.
