The crowded lobby was an issue, BUT the staff was NICE, pleasant, professional and Dr. N. Kirschbaum was knowledgeable and accommodating to my multiple chronic conditions. I look forward to my next visit for possible treatments. Thank them all!
Was given useless meds and had MRI procedure completely butchered and was informed after waiting almost 3 months to finally have it done it showed three herniated discs with onset of authritis told Dr kirshbaum I needed pain meds he says "we don't do that here" and this is a pain management clinic? This is scary hoping to find a decent lawyer

Unfortunately over the time is when one could face not really good experiences. I had to find a new Pain Management Doctor, because I couldn't get an epidural prescription from my surgeon, I had been patient for 8 weeks and I was not able to have it done, and needing because of my back pain I had no other choice than find another Dr where the procedure didn't take even a week. The staffing support really need to be trained and more professional, this is the second time the same situation happened with this facility but different Dr.
