I've been buying equipment and parts from Florida Sprayers for a couple of years now. I've been generally happy until now. Several months ago I purchased an Udor pump for softwashing. Recently the pump heads have been failing. Come to find out the pump they sold me had the wrong heads installed. I tried to get assistance resolving the issue and they passed the buck blaming the pump manufacturer. After that didn't work they then said that they did not send me the pump with the wrong heads on it and "someone" must have changed them. Well, I received the pump in the box and no other person has ever had possession of it so I am positive that they just sent me a pump that was not ment for my intended use. Keep in mind the pump assembly costs about $2,500.00. Now I've had to cancel 3 days of work and they are basically calling me a liar and just leaving me in the wind. The craziest part to me is I wasn't even asking them to accept the cost to repair the pump. I just wanted to know what parts I needed to order to get it working. Florida sprayers was so unwilling to help and so eager to place the blame somewhere else that they created this whole mess. If they would have just stoped trying to screw me over and listened I would have have BOUGHT the needed parts and been left totally unaware of how shady they are. I've bought 3 of these pumps plus boxes of replacement parts (these pumps have several parts that do need to be replaced as general upkeep) Over the next year I would have probably bought 3 more of these pumps from them. Not now! I will never spend another dollar with these shady people again.

Had my New Silverado 5500 getting a equipment transfer. Paid for linex and tanks to be repainted and all new hoses and hardware! The truck was delivered with no prep work on the tank with a horrible paint job! Also the welded spreader ramp was improperly welded on an angle of 5 inches! When I asked for the tank to be prepared properly and painted and the welded ramp to be leveled I was told there not doing anything! Told me to F myself! It’s no wonder the Apopka location was shut down! Terrible attitude from the owner Barry and extremely rude! I now have to have my main tank sanded down and repainted so the wrap has a flat surface and not bleed through it! And also have the ramp welded properly so the ramp is straight! Horrible service and poor customer service! Wouldn’t recommend using them!

Bought an Honda gx 160 pull string assembly from them, awesome patience and nice, willing to get the job done, and correct.

I had to rebuild an old Hypro D252 and they were a great help - especially Wayne.and the parts were less than on Amazon! Buy local!
