This is a quality company. In speaking with Dave i could tell he cares about his clients and has their best interests in mind.

I had the misfortune of being given Aaron Oliveira, who is an "Account Executive" with the company, as a contact, after requesting a Homeowners Insurance quote through their website.

The level of intense unprofessionalism and disregard shown to me by Aaron immediately showed me that this was not a company that I should deal with for something as important as my home.

His e-mails to me were rude, brief, and written in the format of an immature individual's text message to somebody they grudgingly need to communicate with.

Despite the fact that he contacted me by e-mail after I used the contact form on their website, and did not call me, he seemed put out that I didn't use a phone call to contact him instead of using e-mail, as countless companies do without any rudeness or difficulty.

I still do not know if STI has competative rates, but whatever rates you may be able to get through this company are not worth working with a company that can't be bothered to even hire somebody competent to give people information in their first contact with them.

Find a company that is staffed by people who treat you as a person, and avoid FSI.

My agent was Miro, he was always available to answer my questions, gave me an incredible rate and made getting my home insured super simple. Highly recommend FSI.

I don’t do this often but I had to leave a review for the team at this agency. Miro and Mr. Aaron White we’re very knowledgeable and they were able to find me coverage for my hard to insure property. Very pleased! Highly recommended.

Evan Collins was extremely helpful in helping us meet a last minute insurance requirement to close our mortgage. Our closing date was the next day when we presented our dilemma and he not only put a solution in place for us in time to meet the deadline, but his experience allowed him to recognize an area where he could save us money. I am a Loan Officer who was in need of a policy at a number that no other insurance could obtain. When working with Kaitlin Durban, she did not stop until she found what I needed to make my loan work! Not only that, but she was working late into the evening on a Saturday night to get the policy over to me. Then, she took my call on Sunday to assist me with the getting it fully bound!
