5 They get the job done in a timely fashion
Great service, very friendly people.
This is the place to go for trailer repair.
They do good work, if you need something done it's the place to take to
Amazing people. Had a problem with a trailer they got me right in and out and back on the road.
Got in there at 0800 when they opened. Within 1 hour they were working on our trailer lights. Had them fixed very quick. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Highly recommend them!
The repair was estimated at 1500
They found that it was going to be higher
Almost 4 times the estimated cost
And didn't have enough respect to call the customer and tell me
What they found and that it was
Going to be a higher quote
And ask me for permission to go ahead on the repairs
They just went ahead and did the
Repair
So 1500 jumped up to 5400 dollars
And that i had to deal with for the
Christmas holidays
And this is the second time this
Happen with them not calling
With higher quotes
With out permission from customers
Doing business with them since
1993
Quality of work I would say about
95 percent done
The other 5 percent your left to
Go over what they were supposed to do
My doors are rebuild looks
Great but now door is are not
Lining up to close so I have
To fight with them to close
I report the problem with the service department and was
Told to come back on a Tuesday
Or Wednesday to fix the problem
