Kasie was an exceptional representative for the company. Very knowledgeable. If she is an indication of the way the company does business, I am excited to have them replace my windows.

The end product was/is very nice. They appear to be high quality and operate very smoothly. 3 sliders, one Lani door and a double kitchen sink window / bar pass through. My only issue is the communication portion of the pre install time was non existent. I had sent many emails and calls with no response. Knowing what you are not going to get in commination's helps. Our sales guy Dave H was great.

Rick took his time and was very thorough in the details of the process from beginning to end.

Following hurricane Ian, agreed to have Florida Window and Door install new windows and siding doors. They fought with the Charlotte county permit department for months and finally got the approval for installation.
Installation took two days as there were numerous windows and three sets of sliding doors. The day following installation, the county inspector came and was very impressed by the work done.
The outside noises like a garbage truck can’t be heard. The air conditioning runs less frequently so we’re saving money.
We are extremely happy and recommend this company.

Great experience with FL Window & Door. I was particularly impressed by the sales presentation from the associate that came by, Sergio Reganati. He accommodated an evening appointment and stayed extra long to answer all of my questions. He was extremely thorough with his demonstration of the products

My representative, Kasie, was great! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She offered several different financing options and was able to work with my budget to provide a total cost that was under my max and very affordable. She also provided a demonstration showing the difference in heat transfer in non-impact and impact windows.

My energy bill will definitely be going down.

All-in-all, great service!

Initially, I set up an appointment for an estimate online. The day before the appointment, they texted saying that they needed to reschedule. The second rescheduled date, I received a notification the morning of the appointment telling me that something came up and they would not be able to come and once more needed to reschedule. The third appointment, I received a notification that, the specialist would not be able to come, 30 minutes after the appointment time. I immediately called them and asked to have my contact information removed from their list. I find this to be incompetently, unreliable and unacceptable.

The sales and installation and follow up employees were informative and knowledgeable in the processes.it was an overall pleasant experience.

I am happy with the work done by Florida Window & Door. The installers were prompt, and professional. They were very respectful. The job was finished on time, and they removed all trash. The quality of the product and their work was very good, and at a good price. The installation coordinator followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The crew leader was very knowledgeable of the work that had to be done. I will be happy to recommend Florida Window & Door to any interested parties.

I received a visit from Nelson Barker. He was amazing. Explained everything, was extremely nice, and he is an excellent seller.

Noah was very professional today when he stopped by. He was knowledgeable, again professional, and very courteous. He carefully went over everything and was very friendly. 100% would recommend.

Update - Although the sales process was professional, my experience with the company during and after installation has been atrocious. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They installed our sliders wrong and failed inspection and I have received the run around every day since. This morning I spoke with a manager and he was very unprofessional and I felt bullied. I am so disappointed.
