How am I supposed to not leave a review before this pathetic company even completes the job. 3 windows ordered.the first is measured wrong.they figure this out after they have had me tear down the remaining of my previous window and all of my sealing to avoid an additional charge. What do they do to seal it? A thin peice if painters plastic.which the wind obviously tore down. The other 2 windows? Ultra clear windows fully installed in our shower area which faces the street. For some reason not only did they mess up that order.but it not dawn on them that they were in the shower as they tore out the old and installed these. Naturally I'm expecting a call from them in the days that followed on how this would all be rectified.but no. I'm forced to call them and follow up on the situation. Their solution for the 2 windows that were supposed to be frosted? Go to home depot, they sell a plastic you can add to the window. (Yes now they are having me pay for and put in the work to fix their mistake. So not only do they never send anyone out to properly seal my primary window, and my electricity bills have been high month over month, but we are approaching the 1 year mark of making this purchase (which also took longer because they failed to correctly request the permits in the first place until I placed several follow up calls with them). There is no end in site. Even after requesting "communication". Just let me know updates on these re-orders of windows.not a single call. This is the most mismanaged disconnected company I've ever experienced. This review will only be the start of my action.

Started our nightmare with this badly run company over a year ago. Still waiting for all of the stucco and drywall damage to be fixed.
These people will lie to cover lies.
Pay the extra few dollars and go with Storm Smart.

I would highly recommend FWG! They installed 6 hurricane sliders 4 years ago and we had them back this week to install 8 hurricane windows. A pleasure from the girls in the office (Thank you Rachel), Austin our salesman (both jobs) and Zach & Aaron our installers. They were very polite and professional. We were warned we may have to do minor touch ups and I was worried about damage to all our matching marble sills. Well not a scratch! And no touch ups needed! Thank you Florida Window Geeks for an excellent experience.

To date, the contractor holds 61 open permits in Lee County dating back to 4/5/22.
Contracted for 5 impact, french doors dated 4/13/23, Lee County building permit OPN2023-04322.
The contractor failed to obtain a
permit in a timely manner, failed
to order materials and follow up on delivery in a timely manner, installation date set for 11/14 and now states cannot fulfill due to ONE employee quitting.
.
The contractor has held $10,000 in funds for over 6 months without providing any goods or services.

In February of 2022 I ordered 30K of a door, windows and shutters from this company. In March of 2023 the windows and door were finally ready to be installed. Unfortunately the Advisar door came in defective with one of the panels already delaminating from the slab. It was installed anyway since the old door had been ripped out and the opening resized. I was promised a new door in March. It is 8 MONTHS later and I still am waiting for this problem to be resolved. I never hear a word from the company so I am forced to call them every week to get an update. As far as I know the door is still not on hand. Since March the outside and inside of my house have looked unfinished with missing stucco and sheetrock around the front door area. I would prefer not to be giving vendors bad reviews on Google but I am completely fed up at this point.

The absolutely only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took 4 months to complete this project. I was quoted 6-8 weeks. Some of the delays were not their fault. That said, make sure you get your project started long before you want it done and have patience.
Monica was fantastic explaining everything to us and always being a bulldog when I needed answers. I consider her a friend now and would call on her again. She made sure we got a very competitive price.
The installers were all very nice and courteous hard workers.
The product is excellent and looks very nice on our lanai. Hopefully the video shows just how nice it really is.
4 stars for length of time it took and some poor communication but 6 stars for the product and people.

TLDR: 23 months it took to get the softlite windows that are poorly constructed with no communication from the company.

It took this company 23 months to get 6 windows constructed soundly to install in my house. The craftsmanship is absolutely terrible, as two windows already cracked after install as well. The installers were inconsiderate and messy, leaving glass and even two razor blades in my grass for me to find (one piece of glass found by my poor dog's foot) and smoking as they installed which went directly into my house even after I informed them I have asthma. They caused damage to all the walls around the windows, and it was a fight to get someone out to repair it. The windows were left with glue and plastic shavings all on them, and it was again a fight to get someone to come clean them up. The company initiated contact with me once, ONCE, in the 23 months I waited for this job to be completed when the windows were initially delivered. I did not receive one phone call from them after that, and had to hound and constantly leave messages asking when replacements were going to be in. And each time I called and finally got the person I needed to talk to on the phone, I was told they had already been delivered and were just sitting in their warehouse and it seemed like they had just forgotten to call me to schedule a time to come out. I wish I could give negative stars for the hassle, frustrations, and time wasted on this company to complete work and for the absolutely terrible craftsmanship of their product.

I started working with Florida window geeks shortly after Hurricane Ian to replace all of my windows due to the storm. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus, my salesman who was always honest with me around the long lead times due to supply chain shortages as well as helping me pick the correct windows for my house.

At the time of installation I had two really great installers named Adam & Patrick who really took their time to make sure everything was done properly and efficiently. After they installed the windows, they looked great and they even took the time to run me through each window to point small things out before I would notice them.

I would highly recommend Florida Window Geeks if your looking for a locally owned company.

I am pretty selfish with reviews, I read them before buying but never leave a review after purchase, but I am so impressed that I feel the need. The fellas just finished up my house in NW Cape, 15 windows, and I can say I am thoroughly impressed! They did an amazing job and highly recommend. We did hurricane impact throughout the whole house and they were here 3 days to do the install, left the house clean each day and showed up on time. Also I was worried about damage to stucco, mainly because the house is 21 years old, but after inspecting each window I was shocked that not one needs any stucco work. Will give an update after inspection and punch complete.

Today we had Patrick and Adam install our new front door. They arrived on time, explained the process and were friendly yet professional. We purchased the doors for the style and quality however these two guys added to the value.

I would highly recommend Florida Window Geeks. The response and efficiency of the company is unmatched. I spoke with Kevin, who was very thorough and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I felt confident and aware of what was going on at all times. His attention to detail really made me feel comfortable, I appreciate all the hard work! If you’re looking for a A+ company, look no further… this is it!
