I never have an easy experience here. Its aways a struggle to get medications, they are very unorganized, and the doctors are clueless. My first female doctor couldn’t diagnose something wrong with me, something that I later on found the simple answer for on the internet. My second doctor was a male and did a very short and poor exam, almost as if he’s afraid to catch a charge. Every appointment and phone call I have goes wrong in some way.

I literally go out of my way for this specific location. The staff is friendly and seem to like their job. Mary Foster was my obgyn when I was pregnant and she was wonderful. She had a tissue ready for my happy tears after hearing the fetal heartbeat.

I just saw Jennifer Collins for my annual checkup and I was pleased with her as well. There are other people that I appreciate there but I don't have their names. Anyway I love this office.

I really liked everyone here Dr Ramnarine was my obgyn and she was great. Alessa was my midwife who helped me deliver my son her personality was really friendly and sweet im glad I choose this office.

The staff were very helpful and understanding of patients needs! One nurse in particular Katrina Nelson was there for me every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, concern, or any issues I would relay them to her and get it taken care of immediately. I have never had anyone in health care actually go out of their way like she did. I would highly recommend this facility. Dr. Reed is an amazing doctor. Very nice and great with patient care. Puts your needs first and makes sure you are taken care of. I had a great experience here and will recommend it everytime! Thank you so much!

I am a high risk pregnancy and have now had 3 issues since I became pregnant. I have called the office at least 7 times over the course of 60 days and I have NEVER received a call back. Dr Ramnarine is great, but the office is absolutely terrible at customer service and returning phone calls. One lady at the front desk got snippy with me because after the 3rd call, I demanded to know my ultrasound results. I plan to switch OBGYN's because I have never had this bad of an experience with a doctors office before. It's unfathomable that Advent Health could treat pregnant patients like this especially during the Covid pandemic. At this rate, Advent better step it up or they're going to lose a lot of patients.

I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Let me tell you I had a medical issue and I was back and forth to the doctors. I had to call the office a lot to get direction from my doctor and the triage nurse Katrina was so responsive and awesome! She was so nice and sweet on the phone and got back to me every time I called. She never got frustrated with answering my many questions and reassured I was in good hands. She is a God send! My experience there was great and Dr. Reed is the best!

Just left the clinic had my 14week appt and Dr mutch just cx my appt because I was 15mins late I get it! I work at a doctors office as well but we usually work with our patients. Obviously they do not and do they know where there Located Adventhealth has no parking and I just drove 30min in traffic through all that construction in altamonte springs I've been going to them for years and they have never done that to me this will be the 3rd time seeing this doctor and he just turned me alway. So upset.and the front desk girl had no type of expression to her face at all weird.

Dr. Reed is by far the best doctor that I've had in a long time! He takes his time to explain and listens to his patients. I was under his care my whole pregnancy and after he is awesome and so is his staff especially Renee!

Office ran very unnecessary tests without my knowledge on my first prenatal visit. I received a large bill for these tests that were for no reason and unnecessary. I have also asked the office and have not been told why these tests were ever done in the first place.

I had an amazing experience coming here. I loved Dr. Enyart and his team. They are so professional and kind. His nurses always make you feel like family. Nikki witt ended up delivering my baby and I can't say thank you enough. I wanted to deliver my baby without an epidural and I was able to do that with everyone's support. Thankyou so much for making my pregnancy and delivery so special.

Drive 2.5 from Vero Beach just to come here. Yes the care is that good and it’s worth it! Love all the female midwives!

Cathy Rudolph and her team are amazing! Everyone in the office makes me feel incredibly welcome and loved. I had my first baby four years ago and am coming back for my second. Even though my labor with the first got completely messed up by Cervadil (my body didn’t handle it well at all), Dr. Cruz did an amazing C-section, and I’m confident I can have a VBAC this time because of his skill in putting me back together. I am really grateful for my experiences here!

I recently had the C-section with dr. Sweet and he screwed me over he was in a hurry to go to vacation so he miss me up I'm still going in and out the hospital since June 30th i was bleeding right after the surgery. And also they overcharged me they took money from me and insurance and they don't want not want to give that money back to me I would never recommend this group to anybody I'm still suffering my baby is 3 weeks old and I cannot even be with her

Andrea-Messel was my midwife during my first pregnancy. When I experienced a miscarriage she was very comforting and easy to talk to. She was even reached on her cell on the weekend.

Came back as a new/old patient figuring I would give it a second shot. I will be finding another Doctor and place for care. Clearly reminded why i left in the first place

Have had 2 wonderful births here with Cathy. She is my favorite, and drove 45 min just to see her. Loved my experience!

The OBGYN always came to work late. One time she came in late and her clothes were wrinkled from top to bottom. It looked like she pulled them out of a grocery bag. One of the assistants never say good morning to the clients coming in. Very unprofessional.
