Horrible bank you cannot do anything on the weekends they’re not open past 5 o’clock. They decline everything so good luck trying to buy gas or even groceries. Member services isn’t available over the weekend so if someone tries to take any information from your Carol good luck it ain’t gonna work until Monday. Don’t even use your own debit card to use the ATM at the office is because it won’t do anything it’ll just decline it you can’t even log onto the app.

Everyone at the Lakeland office were incredibly nice. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite. I look forward to banking here for a long time!
