Load here quite often. Friendly group of folks. My favorite place to load out.

I picked up freight here. They were fast and friendly.

Was ok. They loaded me too heavy and I had to wait a couple of hours before they'd fix it. Everyone was nice, though.

STAY AWAY if you have a live load. Came here on Sunday, delivery on Monday and today is Tuesday but I’m not empty yet.

A couple of comments didn't seem to like the employees here.
They were all very friendly when I checked in and at the loading docks.
Dock 8 gentleman is a man of very few words, so don't expect to strike up a ten minute conversation with him. He does have other work to do

All truckers must check in at their West side of US27 stage lot first. Security will ask if you are a live load or drop and hook. Live load drivers will be directed to park in the lot and walk to the office with load pick up info.

Do not confuse assigned dock building numbers with dock door numbers.
Security at East complex will direct you to which dock building to go to. Check in at that dock building and they will let you know which dock door to back into.
There are signs on the facility to direct you to the right building.

10 mph max speed on property.
Please read all signs and follow instructions.
Tandems of trailer must be slid to end before loading.
Safe to precool your unit to 35 and set to start/stop until loaded. Then set temp according to bills and in most cases they prefer you to run unit continuous. But that's your call and risk once you leave the facility.

Hello keep their property and everywhere you go clean by throwing trash in a garbage bag; not on the ground.
