You’ve made the process of buying a home in these crazy times a true pleasure. A special thanks to the Gonzalez’s for checking in with me personally and making sure all my questions and needs were met and superseded. Thanks again and great job!

I have known Michelle and Kevin for 10 years, and during this time, we have used Floridian First Realty for representation in both leases and sales. We keep going back to them as our first choice because they conduct business with a high level of professionalism while also establishing a personal connection with their clients. As a result, they provide honest and valuable suggestions that lead to the best outcomes.

Just like the name could've suggested, Karen is truly a careless and disrespectful person. While showing no regard or understanding for people's financial situations, Karen always makes sure to speak to her customers in a way that is the most disrespectful and derogatory. Karen seems to be inspired by a military drill sergeant, giving out orders and deadlines that aren't reasonable and only made to establish some sort of dominance over the person just trying to rent an apartment (she was bullied in school).

All the way from not showing regard to a cancer patient undergoing emergency treatment (the rent was always paid). To requesting 3x deposits to be paid same month as she sends a lease renewal notice (almost $10k) (sent in September, renewal due November) and after not receiving the insane sum, she made it clear to say that the lease will not be renewed and to be ready to move out (it's still not anywhere near November). If you like to be berated and minisculed while just trying to survive in this economy, go right ahead and call Karen, otherwise, avoid like fire.

Karen Ramirez is a very unprofessional agent, very pushy trying to get me to sign a contract that I wanted to review. She gave me the wrong account information to send my rent to and then demanded that I send the money again. My mom is undergoing chemotherapy and Karen is aware of that but she thinks I’m made of money to be sending her deposits 2 months ahead of time. I’ve always paid my rent on time and have always shown respect to the owners of the property however when Karen Ramirez got involved as the “Manager” it was very clear she couldn’t even manage to send the correct account information. Very disrespectful and has SUCH AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM.

The agent “Karen” is very unprofessional in how she speaks to people and then when someone says something back to her she gets offended. On some sort of power trip but can’t even be a real estate agent. Gave me the wrong Zelle information and then goes on to tell me the payment is late and gives me a notice to pay AGAIN. Thankfully I have all of our communications in text.

Thanks to Karen Ramirez for her knowledge and amazing guidance on helping me renting my new apartment! She's the best on what she does. Very professional.
